The Nomad Walkthrough

The Nomad

The quest begins after creating your character and selecting the Nomad Life Path. Upon starting, you'll see your customized character looking at a mirror. Start off by pressing the indicated button to [Remove Patch]. The Mechanic will then start to talk to you about requiring an "Electric Coupling Module" for your car.  Obviously, The Mechanic is trying to rip V off since he/she mentions that the Mechanic told him/her that it wasn't anything serious when he/she came in.

Before speaking to the Mechanic, a "Welcome" prompt will appear. Read the message if you wish to and then speak to the mechanic. You'll then be given two dialogue options [Check Engine] or just pay him what you both agreed on. Select [Check Engine] and V will look at it himself/herself. Next, choose [Hotwire] to bypass the coupling and to rig a hotwire. Now, get in the vehicle and [Start the Engine] three times until V's car starts.

After choosing to either [Connect to Radio Station] or speaking to the mechanic, a sheriff named Andrew Jones will arrive and interrogate V. There is no right or wrong dialogue to choose from at the moment, just pick how you want to answer him when he asks you those timed questions. You can choose to answer or just stay quiet. First, he'll introduce himself and mentions that you've probably heard of him, the answer to that is just 'Nope'.

He'll still push it and mentions that he served in spec ops and asks if it rings any bells, the answer to that is 'Afraid not'. Next, he'll try to interrogate you more and bring up the Nomads running around The Badlands. Again, there aren't any right or wrong answers so just choose how you want to react. After the chit-chat with Sheriff Jones, you'll now be able to drive your way out of the garage.

The Telecom Tower

You'll now be able to drive your vehicle for the first time, make sure to look at the controls on how to drive that's on the lower left of the screen. Now, your next objective is to head to the Yucca Telecom Tower which is automatically tracked on the mini-map that's on the upper right. Just follow the course until you reach the objective. It's just about 125m from the garage. Once you arrive, get out of the car and approach the gate, it's locked, so you'll be able to [Kick] it after trying to [Open] it.

Before heading up the tower, try to look around to find some random junk items and components. Next, head up the stairs, climb to the top of the tower and find interact with the control box to connect to the radio station. V will be able to get a signal and connect with Willie McCoy who's on the other radio. Tell him that you need help regarding the location of the Jackie Welles and McCoy will mention "Right place, right time - you were there?", you can choose to tell him the truth or lie about it, either way, you'll still get the intel you need. McCoy mentions that Jackie is waiting on a farm and that he left a message.

Meet Jackie Welles

The waypoint will automatically be indicated on the mini-map where you'll find Jackie. Head down the tower, hop in the car, and drive to the meeting place. Note: DO NOT JUMP FROM HIGH GROUND SINCE IT CAN CAUSE INSTA-DEATH. The location is about 850m from the tower where you'll arrive at an old trailer. Head inside and you'll find Jackie sitting on the couch. Just answer as how you want to when the few dialogue options will appear, you'll have a small conversation first before you start the job.

Drive to the Border

After the small chit-chat, follow Jackie outside and he'll load the package in the back of V's car. Hop back inside the car and drive to the border with Jackie. Follow the waypoint that leads to the border, it's just about 300m from the trailer. When you arrive at the border, wait for your turn by the Customs Declaration lane. Security will then begin its security check, while the officials are starting, choose [Take document] and V will ask Jackie for the manifest. While you're waiting, security will announce that V is required to head to the inspection area for further questioning.

Now, you'll be given another dialogue option. Choose 'You have bribe money?' so that Jackie hands you the credits that you'll use to bribe the customs officer. Once you have the money, step out of the car and head inside the office that's just on the right side.

Enter the Border Security Building

Once you're inside, approach the front desk and surrender your weapon. The receptionist will then ask you to report to Room #2 where you'll be asked questions. Sit on the chair and the border guard will ask you for the papers. Choose whichever you want to answer the guard while you hand over the manifest.

The guard will then ask you if that's "Everything" you're trying to transport, and since you have the bribe money, select [Give Bribe] and V will give the credits as he/she mentions that there's one additional enclosure to the manifest. If you "play it cool" and give the bribe money, the guard will let you go. Next, go back to the receptionist, claim your weapon, and head back to the car where you'll see Jackie who's now going to drive the car.

Depart the Border Crossing

As Jackie drives off and you both leave the border, you'll have another conversation with Jackie where you'll talk about the interaction you had with the guard. It's a timed question, so whichever answer you choose, V will react to a suspicious feeling with how things were. Jackie then sees a couple of vehicles that blocks your path and instructs the both of you to stop and step out of the vehicle.

V asks Jackie to step on it and you'll now have to fight off the pursuers. You'll only be using your pistol here for this combat sequence, so before you start, you'll be prompted a guide on Vehicle combat. You can shoot the enemy's one at a time, but it's easier if you aim for the car and continuously shoot it until it blows up.

Go to a Safe Location with Jackie

After you've taken down the pursuers, Jackie freaks out a bit and stops by a deserted garage. Step out of the car and just speak to Jackie. Once Jackie asks what's the next move, you ask him to pay the fee for helping you cross the border. Unfortunately, Jackie mentions that he can't pay you at the moment and mentions that he was just lying about it and was thinking of double-crossing you.

Choose how you want to answer him and Jackie mentions to take a peak inside the package. You'll see inside the package that it's an iguana. Choose [Poke Iguana] and V comes up with an idea that you both should sell it and split the money. Now, again, just choose how you want to answer Jackie when the dialogue options appear. Either way, at the end of it, you'll shake Jackie's hand and this ends the main job.

The Streetkid is a Main Job in Cyberpunk 2077. The Streetkid is the starting Main Job of the Streetkid Lifepath. Completing  Main Jobs in Cyberpunk 2077 progress the story forward.

Hows it feel bein' back home, V? C'mon, admit it - you missed Heywood. What, between all the dealers, hookers and total lack of opportunities, it's got its charm, don't it? You're born in Heywood, you die in Heywood. Unless you're one of the lucky ones, that is. What about you, chica/mano? That include you? If there were an ad for Night City, it'd have Kirk's dumb, grinning face on it. He's slick, thinks he's smarter than he really is and is kind of an asshole, but whenever you call him, he's got the next Big Job that'll rake in millions - like stealing a car from a secure parking garage. 'Cause obviously the millionaires of the future are sitting in the Coyote Cojo scarfing down chili burgers... right?

The Streetkid Objectives

  1. Find Kirk on the second floor.
  2. Talk to Kirk.
  3. Leave the bar.
  4. Go to Embers.
  5. Take the elevator to the garage.
  6. Find the Rayfield.
  7. Find Rick (Optional)
  8. Disable the lock using Kirk's device.
  9. Get in the car.
  10. Steal the Rayfield.

The Streetkid Walkthrough

  • You start in front of the mirror of a bar, fixing your broken nose and receiving a drink from Pepe, the bartender. You tell him that someone attempted to mug you. Pepe proceeds to ask for your help, because he owes Kirk money. The deadline to pay him is tomorrow.
  • You accept to talk to Kirk on the second floor. Once you are done with Pepe, turn left and move forward until you reach the video game area, then turn right and take the stairs to the second floor.
  • There you will meet Kirk, along with his thug Big Joe. After a bit of talking, Kirk asks you to steal an Aerondight for him, to settle Pepe's debt. He gives you a device that according to him, will bypass the car's security system. You have to go to Embers and meet with Rick, a friend of Kirk.
  • Leave the bar, to do so, go downstairs and turn right. Once outside, turn right twice and move forward past the homeless, you will meet two guys near a car. One is Padre and the other one is Marcus Barros.
  • Get in the car to head to the Embers. During the travel you will be stopped by a car driven by 6th Street members. A gang member approaches the car and threatens Padre. After a few exchanges of words, the gang member leaves and you can continue towards your destination.
  • Once you reach your destination, Padre gives you his contact information. Leave the car and automatically jump down the bridge. Keep moving forward and turn right once you pass the guys to your left. You will face a few vending machines. Turn right again and enter the elevator.
  • Select the parking in the elevator's menu and you will receive a call from Kirk. You enter the garage and can talk to Rick, who is in the security booth. He tells you that you have 20 minutes to get the car, because that's the amount of time he can keep the cameras disabled.
  • From the security booth, move forward and turn to your left to find the Aerondight. Use Kirk's device to bypass the car's security system. Once you enter the car, you'll realize something's wrong.
  • Outside, Jackie Welles will point a gun at you, and prompt you to leave the car. Immediatly, the NCPD will arrive at the scene and arrest both of you. After a conversation with Kaoru Fujioka, the owner of the Aerondight, a cop knocks both you and Jackie out.
  • You will appear on the street, with Jackie. After talking with him, both of you decide to go to have lunch together.

Sometimes I wonder what it's like to work for Arasaka, y'know? Way I figure it, it's like playin' Russian roulette for a million eddies. Give it a spin, pull the trigger. You hear it click, you strike it rich, And if you don't, well... the mess is someone else's problem.

So to recap - Abernathy is Jenkins' boss, Jenkins is your boss and he ordered you to off Abernathy. It's a classic damned if you do, damned if you don't situation. You kill her - you're ****ed. You tell Abernathy - you're even more ****ed. Why? Because for the past few years you've been batting for Jenkins' team. If you get the job done, and do it well, you might get a promotion, but forget sleeping at night, because who knows how soon you'll be in someone's crosshairs. Only proves the wide variety of opportunities Arasaka has to offer.

The Corpo-Rat Objectives

  1. Leave the bathroom.
  2. Head to Jenkin's office.
  3. Talk to your old acquaintance (Optional)
  4. Sit.
  5. Talk to Jenkins.

  • Once the elevator reaches the top, leave it and take the left path.
  • You will be meet by a man named Frank, who is an old acquaintance of yours. You can talk to him or ignore him if you like.
  • Either way, keep going to your left. Continue all along the corridor until the end and turn left again. You will reach a lass door, midway through that next corridor. Take it and keep going forward. After the AI grants you access, you can enter the office.
  • Jenkins is in the middle of a meeting when you arrive. After you witness the massacre of the European Space Council, he will be called by Abernathy. Once they finish discussing, talk to Arthur and he will give you a shard that contains information on Abernathy, and ask you to get rid of her.
  • While you are leaving the office, you will be meet by Carter, who proceeds to tell you that he has some reports ready for you. You will call Jackie, and can also read the reports on your personal terminal. This one is an optional objective.
  • Head to the AV Garage, go the left after you meet Carter. Continue going forward until you pass a long walkway. and you'll reach the garage. Jackie asks you to meet at Lizzie's Bar in an hour. Get in the AV to start the journey to Lizzie's.
  • During the travel, you will be contacted by your Life Coach, who asks you if you are doing all right. After landing, three residents will try to intimidate you but you will easily make short work of them.
  • Move forward and turn slightly to the left to reach the entrance of the bar, where you will find the bouncer, Mox. Tell her you don't want any trouble, she will let you in. Head downwards. Go to the dance floor level, and you will find Jackie by himself, on a table nearby.
  • You tell Jackie about the job, but he isn't too convinced of doing it. While discussing it, two Arasaka agents will interrupt you and demand you all the information you have about this task you've been assigned.
  • One of the agents hacks you, blocks your access to company networks and tells you that any company cybernetics in your possession will stop working in two minutes. After surrendering the datashard, Jackie jumps in and the agents retreat with the datashard.
  • Jackie approaches you to check on you. He says you've got your life back and now you can move on from the Corpo life.

The Ride is a Main Job in Cyberpunk 2077. The Ride is automatically acquired after completing The Ripperdoc. This main job has a danger level of moderate. Completing Main Jobs in Cyberpunk 2077 progresses the story forward.

High rish, high reward - as Dexter DeShawn likes to say. First rule of the Afterlife. So this is it, V. Time to go in, grab the bull by the horns and make a name for ourselves. But first, let's hear what Dex DeShawn has to say.

The Ride Objectives

The Ride Walkthrough

Talk to Jackie

  • You'll obtain this main job automatically after testing out the newly installed Cyberware given by Viktor during The Ripperdoc quest. So you'll still find yourself in Viktor's Clinic. Apart from acquiring this main job, you'll also acquire the Paid in Full Side Job which requires you to pay off your debt to Viktor.
  • Now, go outside the clinic and head back to Misty's Esoterica where you'll find Jackie and Misty. Approach Jackie and he'll give you intel regarding Dex's location. He'll mention that he's waiting for you near Gramsci Burgers.
  • Once you have the intel, the location of the next objective will be automatically marked with a waypoint.
  • Before you head outside, you'll receive another call from Regina. Answer the call and she'll just tell you about the number of cyberpsycho attacks in the city.
  • Next, head outside Misty's shop and follow the waypoint, you can drive there or just go on foot towards where Dex is parked. Head inside his car once you've arrived.

The Job

  • Now, you'll have quite a "business" conversation with Dex as you go around the city in his car. He'll ask you first how you want to be known in the city? Basically a nobody or a legend. You'll be given three dialogue options to answer him. Just humor him if you want to and answer his question. Eventually, he'll tell you about the job he has for you.
  • After asking him why he chose to meet you in person, you can go ahead and ask him more about the job which requires you to get a hold of a prototype biochip tech that belongs to Arasaka. As the conversation goes, Dexter asks you to try and do this job as clean as possible.
  • V then asks what the plan is and Dex mentions two parts, (1) resolve an issue with the Maelstrom boys and (2), rendezvous with the client. You can then go ahead and ask Dex more about the Maelstrom issue and the client. You'll learn that the client's name is Evelyn Parker. As for the Maelstrom, Dex hands you a shard. Take it and you'll learn more.
  • After Dex gives you more intel, ask about Meredith and/or Royce. Once Dex gives you more data, step out of the limo and you'll receive another call from Regina. Once you're done speaking to Regina, you'll get another call, this time from Jackie. Answer it and tell Jackie about the intel you gathered from Dex.
  • Now, it's up to you how you want to go on next. If you answer Jackie by starting off with the Client, you'll acquire the next Main Job, The Information, if you choose to check on the Maelstrom issue, then you'll acquire The Pickup main job.

The Pickup is a Main Job in Cyberpunk 2077. The Pickup can be acquired after completing The Ride or The Information. Completing Main Jobs in Cyberpunk 2077 progresses the story forward. The Pickup is the first main job that provides the player freedom on how to approach the mission. You'll find various guides such as unique interactions and possible scenarios below.

Know what I like about your run-of-the-mill gangoons? They know what they like. Cash, sex, power... maybe just the sight of their enemies' blood. Real rays of sunshine, they are. But these Maelstrom cabrones... ****, never can be sure. They look at you with those creepy-ass toaster faces and you can't get a read of 'em, got no clue what twisted thoughts are racin' through their processors. You ask me, that's why biz with Maelstrom never turns out pleasant. But... sometimes there's just no gettin' around it. Let's grab that spiderbot, yeah? Make Dex proud.

The Pickup Objectives

  • Meet with Jackie.
  • (Optional) Call Militech agent Meredith Stout.
  • (Optional) Meet with the Militech agent.
  • Go to the gate of All Foods.
  • Use the intercom to talk with the Maelstrom.
  • Get to the main production floor.
  • Ride the elevator
  • Talk to the Maelstromers.
  • Defeat the Maelstromers.
  • Pass through the maintenance hall.
  • Turn on the production line to clear the passage.
  • Escape from All Foods.
  • (Optional) Find a way to free Brick.
  • Leave the premises of All Foods.
  • Talk to Meredith Stout or Anthony Gilchrist.
  • Talk to Jackie.
  • Call Dex.

The Pickup Walkthrough

  • He tells you that he is preparing for a big job and wants you to work with him, but first, he needs to make sure you are trusty. He asks you to retrieve a MTOD12 Flathead that was stolen from a Militech convoy by the Maelstrom gang. The gang is hiding inside an abandoned All Food store that they’ve made their hideout. He asks you to retrieve the bot by any means and bring it back to him. He also gives you contact information of a Militech executive, Meredith Stout, that would be interested to gain information about the hit on the convoy. You agree to meet him at the bar “Afterlife” when the job is done.

  • From here you can call the Corporate Agent, Meredith Stout, or continue on your own. (Important Note: Meredith Stout is a romanceable character. If you cooperate with her, you may unlock a side job and spend a night with her. Any gender seems to have access to this encounter )

  • If you decide to call the Corporate Agent, she will agree to meet with you in person to try to make a deal.

  • Go to meet with Jackie Welles again to brief him about the mission. From here you can borrow his car to travel to the place you agreed to meet up with the Militech agent.

  • When you arrive, you will see Meredith Stout waiting for you with a Chevalier SUV and two bodyguards. You can move in alone or decide not to make contact.

  • If you go in and talk, they will hit you and hack you with a lie detector. A prisoner by the name of Anthony Gilchrist will be taken out of the SUV and they will ask you if he has leaked you information about the convoy. When you confirm that there is no relation between you and the prisoner, he will be taken inside the SUV once again and Meredith Stout will try to negotiate with you. You can tell her that you know where the gang that assaulted the convoy is, and you want her to give you funds to buy the bot and then leave her to do whatever she pleases with the gang. She tells you she is after the person that leaked the information and that she doesn’t care about the gang. She then gives you a chip with 50.000 E$ to buy the bot, with the condition that the chip must be placed inside the gang’s terminal. After that, she drives away in the SUV.

  • Go back to Jackie and tell him how things went on. From here, drive to the All Food abandoned factory where the Maelstrom hideout is to continue.

Negotiation

  • You can once again choose if you want to keep the money and take the bot by force or try to buy the bot from the gang by negotiating.

  • If you try to negotiate, you can approach the big door down the ramp, press the intercom and ask to speak to Royce (the leader). They will let you in and you will have to walk through some corridors where you will see automatic turrets and mines prepared. At the end of the path, you will find an elevator that will take you to the office.

  • Once in the office, tell them that you are looking for the spider bot, one of the gang members will ask you to wait while sitting in the couch. Jackie doesn’t feel safe and wants to stay standing. The gang member pulls a gun and points at him. Ask Jackie to sit down and things will come down. The Gang member sits with you and offers you to inhale Reflex Booster. If you agree he will be pleased and start negotiating. Ask him to see the bot, he will do a brief demonstration of the bots abilities. After he is done, tell him you are willing to buy the bot and the gang leader, Royce, will come in and interrupt the negotiation by pulling out a Gun asking what’s going on and who you are.

  • You can choose to initiate a confrontation or try to continue the negotiations.

  • If you continue negotiating, tell him that you have a chip with 50.000 E$ on it. He will accuse you of working for Militech. Tell him that Dexter Deshawn sent you. He will turn around and start insulting Dexter, use this opportunity to draw your gun. From here, he will ask you if you got the money on the chip. Give him the money and he will go to the terminal and insert the chip to check the funds.

  • When Royce inserts the chip on the terminal, a virus will fry the gang’s systems and the door where Royce is will close. Fight with the gang members that remain in the room. Once they are dead, retrieve the Spiderbot Splinter that is used to control the MTOD12 Flathead, load it into your system and the bot will start following you. You can also check the room and find a chest with Budget Arms inside of it.

Escape the Facility

  • There are two ways out of the now sealed room. One way is to hack the door. The other, to disassemble a maintenance using engineering skill panel located on the higher part of the room.

  • If you disassemble the panel, the door next to it will open. You will access a small room with a bed and a violet light. Jump to the upper part of the room and you will find a Conveyor Belt control that allows you to go through the door. From here, you will be on the top part of a big room and you will see 4x Maelstrom Ganger. Jump down and fight your way ahead.

  • On the next room, you will find another 4x Maelstrom Ganger taking cover and firing at you. A good strategy is to use the recent found Budget Arms to shoot through walls and take them easily. On the left, there will be a room with glasses where one of the ganger was taking cover. On top of the table you can find a Kang Tao Type 41.

  • Continue on and behind a door you will find the production room where 5x Maelstrom Ganger will start shooting at you. There are three on the upper side and two on the floor. After the fight has begun, 4x Maelstrom Ganger will appear from the right sealed door shooting at you. Two of them will jump to the upper bridge. Try to use the moving production line to aid you as cover as you move ahead and fight them.

  • Once you’ve defeated all the enemies, pass through the door on the top floor. Follow the corridor and you will stumble into a Maelstrom ganger that is looking downwards. You can attack him from behind allowing you to hack the gang system. After you are done, you’ll find 2x Maelstrom ganger on the lower level. Fight them and continue.

  • Continue through the blast door and on the next room go to the top level. You will find a small office with a chest. Inside the chest you can find 1x Militech M-31A1 AICW.

  • Go back and turn left, you will find yourself on the top level of a big open room where the boss fight will happen. You will see Royce being helped by a ganger to gear up inside an armor exoskeleton. Try to quickly dispatch the ganger and take cover. The exoskeleton provides with a shield that reduces all incoming damage. In order to turn out the shield, you have to fire at the module located on the rear part of the armor. Royce will charge his weapon and fire heat bullets at you. Try to wait until the burst is over to get near him and fire at the module. When he is ready to fight, take cover and repeat. Once the shield is off. Fire at Royce until he is down.

  • Now that the fight is over, you will find a door on the corner of the room that leads outside. There, you will find the corporate agent Meredith Stout. She has come with Militech support to take back the convoy stuff and take out what’s left of the gang. She will talk to you briefly and let you go.

  • Call Dexter Deshawn to tell him the operation was a success and that you will meet him at Afterlife.

 How to unlock The Pickup

  • You'll obtain this quest in two ways, either you tell Jackie that you'll check on the maelstrom issue at the end of The Ride quest or after completing The Information.

The Pickup Rewards

  • Chaos: Iconic Tech Pistol- This is obtained by killing Royce either during the negotation stage or the final fight of this mission.

The Pickup Scenarios

In this job, there are multiple scenarios that you can trigger, depending on the choices you make.

Peaceful Resolution

For the peaceful scenario, V and Jackie basically walk out of the warehouse without the need to fight against Militech or the Maelstrom. To achieve this, you need to purchase the Flathead with your own money during the negotiation scene with Dum Dum and Royce. Provided that you refuse Stout's offer when you meet her or by not meeting her at all.

Conflict against the Maelstrom

This scenario involves V and Jackie escaping the warehouse as they both fight against the Maelstrom boys. To trigger this, you either shoot Royce during the negotiation or purchase the Flathead with Stout's credchip. Either way, you will have to escape via the maintenance shaft and fight your way through the Maelstrom gang members. The catch is, if you allow Royce to survive during the deal sequence, you'll fight him as a boss before you reach the exit.

A Disaster

You read it right, a disastrous scenario. You can trigger this by attacking any Maelstrom member, destroying a turret, or by blowing things up as you enter the main room of the warehouse. This prevents you from triggering the negotiation scene with Dum Dum and Royce.

When this happens, you will need to fight multiple enemies, including Dum Dum, Kurt, and Lars before reaching the lift. Killing the Netrunners, and stealing the Flathead which is inside a small case in the small room to the south. And once you escape, you'll have to do the same where you pass through the maintenance shaft and face Royce before you exit the warehouse.

Conflict against Militech

Basically, you're double-crossing Militech here and the Maelstrom gang will help you in fighting against Militech forces. To achieve this scenario, first, you must meet with Stout and accept the credchip. Now, you either crack it and use the clean credchip to pay off the package, pay them with your own money, or warn Royce about the credchip being infected during the negotiation scene. From any of the three choices you make, the deal with Royce will come out smoothly.

The only thing is, Militech forces will raid the warehouse and you'll have to fight them, only this time, with the help of the Maelstrom gang. And when you're about to reach the end, you will encounter a different boss which is the Minotaurs. The good thing is, Jackie won't just be your only support, Royce will also support V and Dum Dum (if he's still alive).

The Pickup Future Events

Militech

The Militech event is what you want to watch out for. If you are after a romance scene with Meredith Stout, then she must prevail over Anthony Gilchrist. Click here to learn more about how to romance Agent Stout. Now, if you meet with Stout before heading to the warehouse, you will find out who comes out as the victor between their struggle when you step out of the warehouse. But if you don't meet with Stout, you won't find her or Gilchrist outside of the warehouse. However, you will still know who gets promoted and who dies behind the scenes.

Now, Gilchrist prevails over Stout if you do the following actions:

  • Meet Stout and refuse her credchip.
  • Purchase the Flathead with your own money.
  • Walk out of the warehouse without the need to fight the Maelstrom.

Alternatively:

  • Meet Stout and accept the credchip.
  • Purchase the Flathead with the infected credchip and warn Royce.
  • Or crack the infected credchip and use it to purchase the Flathead.
  • Or purchase it with your own money even after accepting the credchip from Stout.
  • Fight your way through Militech forces along with the Maelstrom gang.

Alternatively:

  • Do not meet Stout and head over to the warehouse.
  • Purchase the Flathead with your own money. Or
  • Shoot Royce during the negotiation and fight your way through the Maelstrom.
  • Or just go to the warehouse and start to attack the Maelstrom and cause chaos in the main hall, preventing the negotiation scene.

On the other hand, Stout prevails over Gilchrist if you do the following:

  • Meet Stout and refuse her credchip.
  • Shoot Royce during the negotiation and fight your way through the Maelstrom.

Alternatively:

  • Meet Stout and accept the credchip.
  • Purchase the Flathead using the infected credchip or shoot Royce during the negotiation.
  • Fight your way through the Maelstrom.

Maelstrom

You'll be able to find Brick the previous leader of Maelstrom who is now imprisoned in one of the cells in All Foods Warehouse. Choosing how to deal with him will trigger a few future events.

  • To start off, you can save him by freeing him from his cell. You can hack the door if you have the required Netrunner skill or by simply using the code to unlock it which can be found from a computer. The code is 9691. Apart from that, you also need to disarm the detonator near the door in the same room and/or the laser mine in Brick's cell.
  • Alternatively, you can just kill him by setting off the explosives or just leave him in the cell.
  • If Royce and Dum Dum dies, you'll encounter Brick during the Second Conflict side job and it will result in a peaceful outcome.
  • If Brick is left to die, you'll meet Patricia in the Second Conflict where things won't really go as smoothly as possible.
  • If you trigger a peaceful outcome during the negotiation between Dum Dum and Royce, you'll meet them again during the Second Conflict job.

The Pickup Unique Interactions

For this job, there are a couple of interactions that you can trigger depending on the Life Path you are playing or if you meet a certain level of an attribute.

Life Path: Corpo

If you chose the Corpo Life Path, you can tell Stout that you know about the credchip having a virus. This will unlock an additional objective where you'll be able to crack it in via the Inventory Menu. Once it's cracked, you can use the clean chip to buy the Flathead from Royce.

Life Path: Nomad

When you meet up with Militech Agent Stout, you can mention to her that you've "jumped convoys before" which implies that you are happy to work for her. And even if you chose the Nomad life path or the other two, you will need to find the manifest that reveals the mole at Militech, specifically the documents from Anthony Gilchrist entitled "Transports - LOA". You'll find it from a computer inside a small room on the west side corner of All Foods. It's on the left side when you reach a large room after going through the maintenance shaft.

Now, if you are able to grab the manifests, and if the outcome is where Meredith wins over Gilchrist, you can sell the data to her as you walk out of the warehouse, and later on, you will receive a reward from her. But if it's the other way around and Gilchrist wins over Stout, you can use the data to blackmail him and tell him that you know he's the mole as you walk out of the warehouse. And later on, he will try to make a deal with you in exchange for V's silence.

Life Path: Street Kid

Just before Dum Dum shows you the Flathead, you can tell him that you know about the Black Lace drug. Additionally, if you've come up with a peaceful outcome, Dum Dum will hand you his inhaler as he walks you and Jackie out of All Foods.

Technical Ability Requirement

If you are at least at Lvl. 8 of Technical Ability and picked the nomad life path, you gain an exclusive dialogue option when you are talking to Jackie outside the warehouse. Here, V suggests to Jackie that he should tune his motorcycle. And by doing so, you'll be able to interact with a tuned-up version of the vehicle instead of the default one later on in one of the Side Jobs, Heroes.

Either Evelyn Parker's got the best intel in town, the biggest pile of scratch, or the brightest goddamn lucky star twinkling over her at night. ****, maybe she got all three. Still, good thing Dex sent you to that meet. You clean up better. Anyway, this goes down right, she'll be a nice new contact for us. And you know the deal - won't get anywhere without contacts in Night City. So don't **** it up, chica/mano.

The Information Objectives

  • Go to Lizzie's Bar between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
  • Talk to the Bouncers.
  • Sit at the bar and ask about Evelyn.
  • Follow Evelyn to the VIP Room.
  • Talk to Judy.
  • Examine the braindance in Analysis Mode to find the Relic.
  • (Optional) Scan the apartment's security systems.
  • (Optional) Watch the whole recording from Evelyn's point of view.
  • Listen in on Yorinubo in the audio layer. Scan Yorinobu's phone as he talks.
  • In the visual layer, scan Yorinobu's datapad while it's turned on.
  • Scan for thermal clues to find the relic.
  • Exit the braindance when you're ready.
  • Talk to Evelyn.
  • Leave Judy's workshop.
  • Call Dex.

The Information Walkthrough

Lizzie's Bar

  • You'll obtain this quest in two ways, either you tell Jackie that you'll check on the client at the end of The Ride quest or after completing The Pickup. To start off, you need to head over to Lizzie's Bar between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM. You can skip the time from the main menu if ever. The waypoint will automatically be placed for you so just follow it and drive to the bar.
  • Once the bar is open, approach the entrance and speak to the bouncer, Rita Wheeler (Mox). She offers you BD (Braindance). Answer her with "Braindance? What's good?". She basically tells you what you're in for.
  • When the other bouncer asks you if you can handle it, answer her with "**** yes.". After agreeing to it, Rita tells you the rules.
  • Head inside and approach the front desk. Grab the data that indicates the history of the Moxes gang.
  • After reading the file, go inside the club and sit at the bar. You'll need to ask the bartender for Evelyn. But before doing so, if you check one of the booths on the right, you'll find another file by the platform, there's also another near the bar.
  • Speak to Mateo the bartender, grab a drink if you want, and then ask for Evelyn Parker. Luckily, Evelyn is sitting next to you at the bar.
  • After meeting Evelyn, follow her to the VIP Room, talk to her about the relic, and eventually, you'll follow her again and end up at the Braindance Studio where you'll meet Judy Alvarez. After talking to her, sit on the chair and she'll hook you up with Braindance. When you're ready, choose [Start BD].

Braindance

  • You'll get a feel first of how it is and later on, you'll find yourself in the Braindance Editor where you'll have to revisit and observe the recording's events.
  • Once you dive in for the second time, Judy will guide you over the controls on how to manipulate the recording. After you test out the controls with Judy, fast forward to 00:22 in editing mode and adjust the camera to get a view of the gun that's highlighted yellow, scan it when you have a clear view.
  • Next, you'll be prompted another guide, and Judy guides you through switching layers, specifically shifting between the visual and audio layers.
  • You'll easily indicate which layer you are on when you are switching since it has different colors. Green is audio, when you're on this layer, you'll be able to find some sources. Just like the fan behind the thug that's holding a gun. Just keep familiarizing yourself with the mechanics of Braindance.
  • Now, when you change to another layer, Judy will ask you to scan the woman who gets knocked out by the thug at the time stamp of 00:36. Next, fast forward a bit to 00:51 to watch the death of the thug.
  • Rewind back a bit to 00:48 and scan the security monitor that's on the counter of the clerk to find out who shot the thug. You've completed the tutorial by then, and Judy asks you to exit when you're good.

The Relic

  • So you're gonna dive in again for the third time, but this time, you'll need to find clues regarding the relic. But before doing so, V gets a hold of T-Bug so that she can help you as you explore through the next footage.
  • Judy will be reluctant with the idea of calling T-Bug. Just answer her with "Relax, Judy. Everything'll be fine.".
  • Once you're in the sequence with Yorinobu, you may want to watch it first and familiarize yourself with the layout of the suite while in playback mode.
  • When you're ready, switch to editing mode and you'll notice that your visibility will be a bit distorted. Switch to the audio layer and move the footage to 00:34 so that you can scan Yorinobu's phone which he is holding and so that you can listen to the conversation.
  • Once you've obtained info regarding the relic, the next objective is to locate it. Now, there is an optional objective here which is to scan the apartment's security systems.
  • You'll find this in the visual layer: you can scan for the alarm system, the motion sensor camera near the entrance, and the automated turret on the ceiling in 02:08.
  • Your primary objective is to scan the datapad that's on the nightstand inside his room at 02:45. And finally, switch to the thermal layer and roll the footage back at 00:46.
  • You will need to find the temperature source that's hidden under a floor panel which is at the corner of the suite close to the counter where Evelyn pours the drinks. You'll find a hidden safe there.
  • Now just exit braindance when you're done and speak to Evelyn. Leave Judy's workshop and call Dex to close this job. Up next, The Pickup.

  • If you're ready to head to Konpeki Plaza, grab the Militech Suit that's on the booth's table, put it on, and head to the parking lot outside Afterlife where a Delamain cab is waiting for you.
  •  Get inside the vehicle and wait for Jackie. Once you're prompted by the Delamain, [Jack in] the terminal to provide your identities.

Konpeki Plaza

  • When you arrive at the hotel, follow Jackie and head to the front desk. Speak to the officer and you'll obtain additional dialogue depending on your chosen Life Path.
  • When the receptionist mentions that they'll notify Taki-san about your arrival, T-Bug tells you to stop the bot from doing so. Make sure to choose the dialogue option before the timer runs out. Shortly after, the receptionist will follow your orders. Next, just place your hand on the front desk panel.
  • Once you're all checked-in, follow Jackie and ride the lift to your suite which is on the 42nd floor. Alternatively, you can check out the hotel's bar where you'll encounter a drunk guest. You can also buy drinks if you want.
  • If you're looking for an easter egg, you can find a cameo of Hideo Kojima by the couch on the right side of the bar. You'll find him having a conversation with some guests at the hotel.
  • Once you've checked out the bar, ride the lift and head to the suite.

Operation: Flathead

  • When you're inside the room, speak to T-Bug, and scan the room to look for an entry point for the Flathead. You'll find a shaft cover by the window on the right side.
  • Once the Flathead breaches through the shaft, take the control shard from Jackie and wait for T-Bug to hook you into the CCTV.
  • Now when you've taken control of the system, you will need to find a way for the Flathead to move forward via the vents.
  • You'll start off at 45: Sunstone Suite. Look over to the top right, above the guard, and scan the shaft grate. Once it's in the vents and is in the next room, scan for the tech shaft that's by the window on the left side near the hotel's housekeeper.
  • But in order for the Flathead to pass, you need to make a distraction. Simply scan the terrarium AC unit that's on the right side near the entrance to lower its temperature. Once the housekeeper moves, quickly look at the tech shaft on the left and order the Flathead to move.
  • Inside the security room, there are two points that you'll need to scan. First is the network node room door then the access point for the CCTV that's on the left. When the Flathead's connected, switch the camera to check the dweller's room.
  • Next, scan the netrunner chair on the right, followed by the shaft grate that's on the left. After scanning the shaft, switch the camera back in the security room and scan the other shaft grate that's on the right side.
  • Once the Flathead's inside the dweller's room, scan the Netrunner chair for the Flathead to hack the dweller. When T-Bug is prepared and after talking to Jackie, ride the life to reach Yourinobu's Suite.

Infiltrate Yorinobu's Penthouse

  • Once you're inside the penthouse, you need to grab the biochip that's hidden inside a safe that's built into the floor. If you remember, you've identified where the safe was during the Braindance sequence in The Information. It will be automatically marked when you're in the penthouse, so all you have to do is scan it.
  • Now, you need to find the switch to reveal the safe. But before doing so, make sure you look around to find some data packets and also access the terminal nearby to read some messages.
  • You could also take Iguana's Egg near the Iguana seating on the trunk, which later become a Pet.
  • One of the Iconic Weapons, the pistol Kongou is located on the right bedside nightstand. If you could recall, the gun was previously shown to be on the bed during the BD sequence in The Information. Take the gun as it will be useful later.
  • You'll find the switch on the left nightstand by the bed. Interact with it. Get to the safe and [Jack in] so that you can retrieve the relic. Once the safe is open, wait for Jackie to grab the case.
  • Just as when you're about to head out, Yorinobu's just about to walk in. Turn around and hide inside the maintenance shaft. Here, you'll have to just listen to the conversation between Yorinobu and Saburo. When they're done, the next objective is to escape with the package.

Escape Konpenki Plaza

  • Once the room is clear, step out of the hiding area and choose "Gotta get us out of here, T." during the timed dialogue option.
  • Escape through the window just as T-Bug tells you to, but before doing so, T-Bug will be cut off. Now, before heading outside the window, you can take a detour first so you can obtain an  Iconic Weapon, a katana named Satori.
  • To grab the weapon, head up the stairs that lead to the rooftop. It's a dead-end where you'll encounter two guards. If you're careful and watch how they move, you can take them out with stealth. Otherwise, simply use the Kongou and secure both kills. Also, don't forget to check the penthouse for some items.
  • Now, head to the window and make your way to the ladder. Just before you reach it, security forces will see you, and V is forced to jump alongside Jackie.
  • At this point, the case of the chip is damaged and you'll receive a call from Evelyn Parker. She tells V that one of you needs to slot the chip into the neural port. Regardless of the dialogue options you choose, Jackie ends up putting the chip into his port.
  • When both of you are back up, you'll now need to make your way down, back to Delamain's cab, and fight through Arasaka forces. How you choose to approach the combat sequence is up to you.
  • Upon reaching the garage, ride the Delamain cab to escape. The job isn't over yet since you'll be pursued by Arasaka drones.
  • Now, while you're in the vehicle. Jackie, unfortunately, is dying. You'll have dialogue options here that you can choose that will either unlock an exclusive side job or obtain additional dialogue and scenes at the later part of the game.
  • First, choose the dialogue option where V asks Delamain to bring them to a Ripperdoc and then follow up with "Think about Misty! You'll see her soon!".
  • Just before Jackie dies, he gives V the biochip and plugs it into his/her neural port. The Delamain then asks you where it should bring Jackie's body. If you ask it to send his body to his family, you'll unlock an exclusive side job, specifically Heroes. But if you ask him to send Jackie's body to Viktor's clinic, you'll unlock extra dialogue and scenes at the latter part of the game.
  • Next, choose the option to touch Jackie's shoulder before stepping out of the car. Once you're out, head to room 204 of No-Tell Motel and rendezvous with Dex.

Don't trust that Takemura. Meet with him, sure, check him out, but keep your eyes open. He's a corporat, meaning he's looking to use you.

Well, chica/broder, looks like we got ourselves into a real fix. No chance in hell I'm wriggling myself out of this one, but you're still alive. And as Misty says, "As long as you're alive, there's hope." Fate's given you a second chance, so use it - get back on your feet. Do that, and consider your best friend's last wish fulfilled.

Playing for Time Objectives

  • Complete the interlude Love Like Fire and The Gig.
  • Approach the Stranger.
  • Dig yourself out.
  • Neutralize the motorcyclists and survive the attack.
  • (Optional) Stock up on ammo.
  • Talk to Takemura and leave the apartment.
  • Meet with Takemura.

Playing for Time Walkthrough

Love Like Fire

  • Before you officially start the job Playing For Time, you'll start off with an interlude where you play as Johnny Silverhand in a flashback. This job is pretty linear so just play accordingly and answer as you see fit when you are given dialogue options.
  • The year is 2023 and players will start off where you will perform on stage. Here, you'll meet a young Rogue and Kerry. After the performance, just go outside and ride the helicopter.
  • You'll fly to Arasaka Tower where Johnny and his team attack the building and fight off Arasaka's forces. When you're prompted to use the turret, use it to shoot down the enemies on the rooftop.
  • Once it's clear, follow your team inside the building and eliminate the guards as you make your way down. Upon reaching the lift, you'll need to set the bomb and then shoot the mechanism above the lift. Next, speak to Rogue before you head forward.
  • Inside the next large room, there will be more guards. Fight your way through, go up the second floor and find the access point to the network.
  • The access point is on the left side inside the other room on the second floor. From here, retrace your steps and make your way back to the helicopter. Once you're at the rooftop, make a run for it and head towards the helicopter. The interlude will then continue to The Gig where you'll find Johnny captured and brought to Arasaka Tower. Run through the sequence and finish it to begin Playing for Time.

Playing for Time

  • After the Gig, but your vision seems to be distorted. Just approach and follow the hologram of Johnny. Soon after, V wakes up in a dumpster site. Just run through the sequence where you try to get out and fight the enemies during the car chase with Takemura until you're back at the apartment - this is where you also interact with Johnny Silverhand for the first time.
  • Once V is all well (still in the apartment) make sure to grab something to eat from the table, take a look at the equipment stash, watch tv, and check your messages. When you leave the apartment, Takemura gets in contact with you and asks you to meet him at Tom's Diner. It's near the apartment, just south.
  • Upon arriving at the restaurant, approach the table where he is sitting and join him. You'll complete this job after speaking to him. Basically, you will have a few tasks, find Evelyn Parker and Anders Hellman, and help Takemura investigate and reveal the truth about the death of Saburo.

Automatic Love is a Main Job in Cyberpunk 2077. Automatic Love is automatically acquired after completing Playing for Time  Completing Main Jobs (Main Quests) in Cyberpunk 2077 progresses the story forward.

So you've decided to find the chick who put on this first-class shitshow. She had a job and you took it 'cause there was no one else to knock some sense into your gonk head. I'm here now, but so what? This search and rescue bullshit's a dead end, but that's not about to stop you. Maybe Evelyn will, who knows? Sure seems like she doesn't wanna be found.

Automatic Love Objectives

  • (Optional) Call Judy.
  • Meet with Judy.
  • Find Evelyn at Lizzie's Bar.
  • Talk to Judy.
  • Take the cigarette case.
  • Leave Lizzie's bar.
  • Go to Megabuilding H8.
  • Head to Clouds in the evening.
  • Take the elveator to Clouds.
  • Check in at the Clouds reception.
  • Jack in at the reception.
  • Deposit your weapons and go into booth 9 or 6.
  • Ask the doll about Evelyn.
  • (Optional) Get inside Evelyn's booth.
  • (Optional) Check the security feeds.
  • Get inside the VIP area.
  • Find Tom and ask him about Evelyn.
  • Head to Woodman's Office and interrogate him.
  • Defeat Wodman - only if the interrogation fails.
  • Collect your weapons from the locker and leave Clouds.
  • (Optional) Talk to Johnny.
  • Take the elevator to the ground floor.

Automatic Love Walkthrough

Find Evelyn Parker

  • First off, call Judy as an optional objective after speaking to Takemura. Be honest with her while you're speaking to her so that you are on good terms with the Braindance Genius and then tell her to meet up.
  • Next, head over to Lizzie's Bar and look for Evelyn and/or to meet with Judy. When you arrive at the front door, speak to the Mox and ask for Evelyn. Once you're in, go to Judy's workshop, ask her about Evelyn and speak to her.
  • After the conversation, take the cig case that's on her table that has an address on it. Judy tells V to give it to Evelyn once V find her. If you talk to Judy before leaving she'll ask you to tell her if Evelyn is doing fine, just tell her you will.Judy is a character you can romance, so you gotta be nice to her. Now, leave Lizzie's bar and Johnny appears as you head out - your next objective is to haed to Megabuilding H8.

Clouds

  • You can fast travel to the next location if you've already unlocked it or just drive there and follow the waypoint on the mini-map. Upon arrival, skip the time to 7:00 PM, take the stairs up and then the lift to Clouds which is on the 12th floor. You can only enter the premises at night.
  • Once you're good to go, head inside, check in at the reception and jack-in the terminal. The receoptionst will then offer you two dolls, Angel or Skye and ask you for your "safeword". There's no point in asking for Evelyn as well since the receptionist will just say she's not avaiable and insists you jack in. There is no impact to whichever doll you choose, so pick whoever you want. The only thing is, you still need to pay €$500.
  • After choosing and paying your doll, deposit your weapons in the designated security locker before heading to the booth. Once you're inside, depending on the doll you choose, you'll gain access to different dialogues that you can use to gain information regarding Evelyn. Your goal here is to get into the VIP section and interrogate Woodman.
  • Take note that forcing your way in the VIP area or triggering the alarm will result to an act of violence and you'll have to fight the Tyger Claws. Apart from that, it can also apply some minor changes  towards side jobs.

Find a way to the VIP Section

Now we will indicate a couple of steps you should take to infiltrate the VIP section without raising the alarm, starting off on the Main Floor.

  • Skye will be in booth 9, while Angel is in booth 6. During your conversation with the doll, you must ask either one of them about the incident with Evelyn when the dialogue option becomes available. Eventually, the doll will tell you that she was attacked in booth 11 and you'll be given access to it.
  • If you were able to get the details from the doll, head over to booth 11 and scan the following. The blood stains, the wall-mounted port frame by the bed and the holoview in the corner so that V can visualize the scene via the security feed. Obtaining the evidence will benefit you and you can use this against Woodman when you interrogate him.
  • Now, the VIP is locked and guarded by a bouncer. The easiest way is to steal a VIP card from a Tyger Claw. You can steal it from any Tyger Claw but the easiest one is to follow the Tyger Claw that heads to the bathroom. Wait for the Tyger Claw who briefly talks to the bouncer before it heads to the comfort room. Simply follow the man, take him out, and steal the card as well as his weapon. Once you have the card, you can just walk through the door and head up the VIP area.
  • Alternatively, if you have the sufficient Body requirement, you can force-open the door that's adjacent to the restrooms. You'll find yourself inside a backroom that is guarded by another Tyger Claw. If you do this, just wait for the guard to look away and take him out. There's also a crate here where you can find a knife

Head to Woodman's Office

  • Once you're in the VIP area, you can now find Tom and speak to him in his booth. However, your main objective is to get to Woodman, the owner, and interrogate him in his office. Remember, that you can complete this job without fighting. So it's best if you try to walk out of the premises peacefully so that you can trigger some changes to a later side job (Ex-Factor).
  • Now, the normal path to learn about Woodman's location is to speak to Tom in Booth #2. Once you're in the VIP area, the first thing you want to do is to hack into the camera that's rotating above the door and neutralize it. Alternatively, you can sneak through while it's not facing V.
  • If you have the required Technical Ability or Body stat, then you can open the locked door that leads to a shortcut to Woodman's office.
  • Another way is to enter the private lounge on the left and quietly take down the Tyger Claw that's guarding the area. You can also cause a distraction by using the nearby vending machine. The door in the private lounge will easily take you to Woodman's office as well.
  • Also, inside the private lounge, you can head inside the dressing room on the left and you can open the shutters and sneak past the Tyger Claw from the balcony. You'll also find Evelyn's jacket inside the dressing room near the Iconic weapon "Cocktail Stick".
  • If you want to obtain more information that you can use against Woodman when you interrogate him, head to the control room that's opposite of Woodman office and quietly take out the guard there. Use the computer to access the messages and files. Also, there's a locker her where you can collect Evelyn's belongings, as well as a weapon.
  • Continue reading down below to learn more about the dialogue options that you can choose so that you can successfully interrogate him without the need to fight him. If the interrogation turns out differently, Woodman becomes hostile and you'll have to kill him - you'll compete this job once you leave the premises.

Automatic Love Interrogating Woodman

Given the fact that you were able to reach Woodman without raising the alarm or fighting your way through the guards, there are multiple scenarios that you can take to get him to give you the information you need without the need to fight and kill him.

Take note that if he lives during this job, he will let you use the nearby service elevator, allowing you to exit the premises via a shortcut and you'll encounter him later on during the Side Job Ex-Factor - IMPORTANT! If you answer him aggressively, insult him, or keep asking about Evelyn, you'll piss him off and you'll fail the interrogation sequence. Resulting in fighting him and the rest of the guards as you make your way out.

If I've learned one thing from joyhouses, it's to quit while the going's good. Stare at those fake smiles too long, and all you'll see is misery. As far as clubs go they're all pretty pathetic, but at least it's in their own way. You know the chances of finding Evelyn are close to zilch, right? Like that's gonna change your mind... Anyway, let's go pay a visit to this so-called Fingers. But if we don't find Parker, you owe me a drink.

The Space in Between Objectives

  • (Optional) Call Judy.
  • Go to Jig-Jig Street.
  • Find Fingers' Clinic.
  • Talk to the thugs.
  • Enter the clinic.
  • Talk to Judy.
  • (Optional) Sit and talk to the Joytoys.
  • Find a way into FIngers' office.
  • Talk to Fingers and interrogate him.

The Space in Between Walkthrough

Go to Jig-Jig Street

  • Once you've acquired this job, give Judy a call to give her an update about Evelyn. After talking to her, head to Jig-Jig Street and look for Fingers' Clinic.
  • When you reach the entrance of the clinic, you'll see some thugs outside. Approach them and talk to them. Now, there are a few ways on how to deal with them, kick their ass, talk your way through them, instantly resolve the issue through dialogue if you are playing with the Street Kid background, or if your Body stat is high enough, you can intimidate them.
  • If you want to avoid them, you can also force-open the side door or climb up the window of the upper floor via the dumpster. There is also another fun way to deal with them is to lie about you being an escort and that you need to see him due to a "busted implant".

Fingers' Clinic

  • Upon entering, you'll notice that there are many clients waiting for their appointment with Fingers. Again, there are multiple ways on how you want to approach this so you can reach Fingers - you'll find Judy in the waiting area.
  • If you have the required Technical Ability, you can enter the surgery room via the window in the waiting room and use the grate.
  • Force-open the door that leads to the surgery room, that's if you have the required Body attribute.
  • Talk to Judy until the surgery is finished.
  • Convince the patients in the waiting room to let you cut in line by bribing them
  • Hack the computer so that you'll be called next for the appointment. Or just simply wait for your turn. Either way, you'll be able to meet Fingers.

Fingers M.D.

  • Once you're inside the surgery room, your objective is to have Fingers tell you the information on how to find Evelyn. It's up to you on how you want to proceed, but it's recommended that you try to deal with this job peacefully or ask for Judy's help. It's also best that you try to defend her so that you can build up the relationship if you are planning to Romance her.
  • For example,  choose "[Sit] Start talking or you'll have the Mox to deal with". Followed by "Don't talk to her that way.".
  • If you end up approaching this violently and you choose to harm him, he won't be available as a Ripperdoc later on.
  • You'll complete this job after interrogating Fingers. Or if you punch him.

Every city's got its shady neighborhoods and "no-go" zones. Stepping into these areas in Night City is like wading into the abyss and feeling it stare back through your soul. Anyone with an ounce of sense avoids these haunts altogether. Your average gonk's usually seen limping out, bleeding from one or more places. And you, V? Just make sure you come out intact.

Disasterpiece objectives

  • Talk to Judy.
  • (Optional) Ask around XBDs on Jig-Jig Steet.
  • Locate a terminal and find the Pleasures of NC domain.
  • Find the XBD dealer on Jig-Jig Steet.
  • Buy an illegal braindance from the dealer.
  • Meet Judy at her van.
  • Analyze the braindance and find out where it was recorded.
  • Reach the main building.
  • Find a way to the sub-levels.
  • Get to level-1.
  • Lead Judy through the sub-levels.
  • Find Evelyn.
  • Get in the elevator

Disasterpiece Walkthrough

Retrieve Death's Head XBD

  • You'll pick up after interrogating Fingers at his clinic in Jig-Jig Street. Talk to Judy first to progress the objective, you'll find her outside. When you talk to her, she'll be worried about Evelyn, choose a dialogue that will comfort her, like "Don't worry we'll find her.". Next, tell her that you need to gather intel first regarding the XBD.
  • Now, there are three ways for you to locate the dealer. (1) Ask for Judy's help to look into the darknet, to do this, you will need to connect to one of the terminals in Jig-Jig Street, check the Pleasures of Night City website, breach into the Login page, and then use Braindance. (2) Ask XBD's whereabouts in the local sex shop. (3) Contact Wakako by phone or visit her in her parlor - the dealer can be found at an underground passage in Jig-Jig Steet.
  • Answer the dealer with "Need a special braindance" followed by "Cops don't go out alone around here."
  • Once he offers the deal, check his wares and purchase the XBD: Deep-Fried Death's Head Moth. After buying it, meet Judy by her van and ride in the passenger's seat. Next, put on the headset and dive in.

Braindance

  • The goal is to analyze the braindance and figure out where it was recorded. Start off by watching the whole footage while you are in playback mode, and when you're ready, switch to editing mode.
  • These are the following things you need to scan to complete your objective. In the visual layer, (1) scan the pizza on the countertop against the wall at around 00:15. (2) Next is the lab suit by the BD editor's desk around 00:29. (3) And finally, the coffee cup on the BD editor's desk around 00:45. This will allow V to figure out where the XBD was recorded. And when you're done, just exit the Braindance.
  • Your next objective, head over to the Old Electric Corp power plant in Charter Hill. Once you're back, Judy asks you to ride with her. SAY YES, this will help you build that foundation for Romance. Judy then drives you to the abandoned power plant.
  • When you arrive at the power plant, Judy tells you to find a way in as she tries to find a blueprint before joining her. To show that you are concerned, tell her it isn't safe. She'll just ignore it and still end up following you later on.

Infiltrate the Power Plant: Ground Floor

Now, there are a few ways on how to infiltrate the power plant. The options will be indicated below to guide you.

  • First off is the ground floor, your objective is to reach the stairs leading underground which gives you access to Level -1.
  • There are different doors you can take that will lead you into the power station's perimeter, and each one requires a specified level of the stat.
  • If you want to avoid this, you can climb onto the collapsed platform via the stack of wood and use it as a stepping stone. This will allow you to get in easily inside the room where the computer is inside the small building that is opposite of the warehouse. Using the terminal will allow you to switch off the surveillance cameras.
  • Now, from here, go by stealth into the compound until you need to climb up to an elevated platform on the northeast side of the warehouse. You can do this by jumping onto the stacks of pallets and the metal canopy. Then, you'll encounter a guard along the way.
  • Next, the door at the top will give you access to an elevated metal walkway. Run forward and jump across the gap and then drop down directly to the stairs once the guards below move.

Alternatively:

  • You can enter the warehouse via the door on the ground floor. The only thing is, you'll have to fight off a local sentry. Once you're through, force-open the door if you have the sufficient level of the Body attribute. You'll then arrive at the top of the basement stairs.
  • Another way is to enter through the front door, but you will have to be careful and move as stealthy as you can since you will encounter a number of guards here. If you want to do this, make sure you disable the cameras first. If you take this path, climb the stacks of pallets on the right so you can reach an elevated platform. Jump down on the other side when the guard patrolling the stairs moves and then sneak your way in towards the objective.

Infiltrate the Power Plant: Level 1

  • Once you're at Level 1, your next goal is to reach the stairs that lead down to Level 2.
  • On this level, you will first encounter two scavengers in the first section. There's one in front of the computer and one on the other side. Both of them won't notice you, so you can take them out easily. Once they're both down, breach the computer.
  • In the next room, there will be two more guarding the main hallway. Watch their movements on how they patrol the area because one of them will separate from the other, giving you the chance to take them out quietly.
  • After passing through the main hallway, you'll reach the last room. Here, Judy will offer to help. She'll basically cause a distraction with smoke. When this happens, kill the enemies in the room with stealth.
  • In the main hall, if you have a sufficient level of Technical Ability, you can find a shortcut that will take you to the exit of the main hallway. But take note that you still need to watch out for the Scavengers patrolling.
  • Past the Main Hall, if you have a high level of Body attribute, you can force-open one of the shutters adjacent to the main hallway. This will allow you to avoid the two sentries.

Infiltrate the Power Plant: Level 2

  • Upon reaching level 2, your main objective is to find Evelyn. She can be found inside a room that's on the east side of the mini-map. You'll be able to complete this by finding Evelyn, pulled out the cable that's connected to her, take her back, and leave the premises via the elevator.
  • The first room on this level will have one guard patrolling. You can easily take the guard down and then breach the computer. Inside the next, there's another Scavenger that's going around. Watch the guard's movement and take him out when he stops in the corner of the room that's opposite to the group of scavengers. From here, you can use distractions to increase your chances of taking the rest of the enemies through stealth. And once the room is clear, make your way to Evelyn's location and save her.
  • Alternatively, on the west side of the first section, if you meet the requirement for Technical Ability, you can find a shortcut that will allow you to bypass the main room.

There's nothing you can't take away from a person - you just gotta look hard enough. When all options are exhausted, you've still got a body that can be harvested, skills that can be put to good use... Oh, and let's not forget "dignity" - that's a classic. Hell, I'm starting to think I could've done worse than end up on this little Relic of yours.

Double Life Objectives

  • Talk to Judy.
  • (Optional) Sit on the bed.
  • Meet with Judy.
  • Look for clues in the recording.
  • Watch the braindance.
  • Scan the netrunner's phone.
  • Talk to Judy about the translation chip.
  • Exit the braindance.
  • Talk to Johnny .
  • Talk to Judy.
  • Leave the apartment.

Double Life Walkthrough

The Chapel

  • You'll start this job after you leave the power plant with Evelyn and Judy. V will be on a balcony with Johnny. After speaking to him, turn around and enter the apartment to speak to Judy.
  • After talking to Judy, you can also sit on Evelyn's bed to check up on her, also, you can look around Judy's apartment first. When you're good to go, sit on the chair next to Judy to dive in the first Braindance.
  • For the first braindance, you will have to scan three things in the Visual Layer. (1) at 00:01, inspect the Voodoo Boys hologram above the altar. (2) The mysterious netrunner that's highlighted, you can see the timestamp 00:18. (3) And finally, the flyers that are on the floor at 00:30. Take note that if you visited the chapel before diving in, V will recognize the area. Once you're done, exit the simulation and prepare for the next session.

Evelyn's Second Life

  • Now, during the second braindance simulation, you won't really understand what's going on until Judy installs a language program. To complete this, switch to the Audio Layer and scan the phone to listen in on the conversation. You need to listen from start to finish before you can leave the simulation.
  • Once you're back, Judy asks if you have any idea, answer her with "His contruct's on the biochip.". Judy then leaves you for a while and you'll now have to speak to Johnny. Take note that your answers will influence future conversations in later side jobs that involve Judy.
  • After speaking to Johnny, head to the kitchen and talk to Judy. When she asks about how to get in touch with the Voodoo Boys, answer her with "I'll ask around.". Next is to thank her or tell her you'll see her around. To complete this job, just leave the apartment.

Well, we know the Voodoo Boys were behind all this, so that's one step forward. Problem is, now we have to reach them somehow - two steps back. There are a lot of things to be found in Pacifica, just usually not what you're looking for. Good news is you already got your fixer: a man without a face to help you find this fart in the wind. Sounds like a fun ****in' delight.

M'ap Tann Pèlen Objectives

  • Call Mr. Hands.
  • Pursue other leads until Mr. Hands calls back.
  • Go to the chapel.
  • Wait until the church is open.
  • Meet with your contact at the altar.
  • Go to the butcher shop.
  • Ask the vendor for Placide.
  • Look into the camera.
  • Find Placide in the back of the shop.
  • Talk with Placide.
  • Follow Placide.
  • Sit.
  • Talk to Placide.

M'ap Tann Pèlen Walkthrough

Mr. Hands

  • You'll automatically obtain this job after completing Double Life, specifically when you step out of Judy's apartment. The first objective is to give Mr. Hands a call.
  • After you speak to him, you will need to complete other Side Jobs and wait until Mr. Hands calls back. When he does, he will give V instructions to head towards the chapel on Sloane in the Pacifica district. Simply head to the altar and rendezvous with the contact. If you arrive in the evening, you need to wait in the morning for the church to open or you can skip time.

Serenity Bible Church

  • Enter the church and head to the altar to meet with the contact. When you reach the objective, a man will approach V. After you've asked some questions, ask about Brigitte and he will tell you to head towards the butcher shop by the intersection of the shopping center. Just follow the waypoint to reach your next objective.
  • When you reach the shop, speak to the vendor, and look into the camera on the top left to scan your identification. Once all is good, head to the back where you'll find Placide. Simply speak to him(Don’t forget to grab the iconic hatchet off the table when Placide sets it down after speaking with him), and follow him to Batty's Hotel to get your next job from him.

I Walk the Line is a Main Job in Cyberpunk 2077. I Walk the Line can be acquired after completing M'ap Tann Pelen. Completing Main Jobs (Main Quests) in Cyberpunk 2077 progresses the story forward.

I'm sick of this Placide mother****er as much as you, but at least the fog has lifted, the goal is clear. You find a netrunner in the GIM and the Voodoo goons will set up a meet-n-greet with their queen. Pros? Maybe I'll actually get to see a legit netrunner, 'cause it's sure starting to feel like an extinct species these days. Someone who's got the guts to square off against the Voodoos has given me some hope, at least. But the cons? Damn near any minute your brain could start dripping out your ears. Afraid we won't have time to make pilgrimmages to the monuments of Pacifica's Golden Age.

I Walk the Line Objectives

  • Leave Batty's Hotel.
  • Meet with Placide's people.
  • Enter the mall.
  • Find the van in the lobby.
  • Reach and connect to the van.
  • Find the agent in the cinema.
  • Deal with Sasquatch.
  • Confront the agent.
  • Leave the Grand Imperial Mall.
  • Head to Batty's Hotel.
  • Meet with Placide in Batty's Hotel and talk to him.
  • Talk to Brigitte.

I Walk the Line Walkthrough

G.I.M.

  • You'll automatically unlock this job right after speaking to Placide in Batty's Hotel. The objective is to make your way to the Grand Imperial Mall and meet up with the NetWatch agent in the cinema's projection room.
  • Head to the front of the location and speak to Placide's lackey. They'll tell you that there's a way in from the back. Now, there are two ways to approach this job which involves you following Placide's instructions. Connect to the access point on the van, fight against Sasquatch before reaching the NetWatch agent. Or, you can bypass both the van and Sasquatch and head directly to the agent. The details will be explained below.

The NetWatch Agent

  • Upon reaching the agent, he will explain the situation and make an offer. This is an important choice you will have to be careful of since if you accept the agent's deal, there will be consequences for Brigitte and the Netrunners. It will result in the Voodoo Boys to become hostile towards V. But if you reject his offer, V will stick to the original plan. Your choice here will determine how the main job "Transmission" will end.

Return to Batty's Hotel

  • After confronting the agent, leave the mall, and meet up with the Voodoo boys outside. You can either go with Placide's men or just go back to Batty's Hotel on your own.
  • When you arrive, look for Placide in the workroom and speak to him. Shortly after, you'll meet Brigitte. To complete this quest, just take the offer she makes. This will also trigger the next job, Transmission.
  • If you refuse, you'll have to return later on. But most likely, she'll be gone and you need to contact her again. Only this time, you'll have to meet her at the chapel.

I Walk the Line: Infiltrating GIM

Follow Placide's Instructions

Ground Floor

  • If you follow Placide's instructions, basically, you will need to connect to the access point on the van, fight against Sasquatch before reaching the NetWatch agent. The first thing you need to do is to work your way through the mall's ground floor. Take note that the area is swarming with members of the Animals gang.
  • Despite being outnumbered, if you are smart and careful, you can use stealth to your advantage and use covers to avoid being seen. Now, from the back entrance, there are two sentries mounted on motorbikes. Make your way to the garage where you'll encounter the first enemies.
  • You can use the crates here so that you can get on an elevated platform. This will lead you to the fitness center, but before reaching it, you will enter a corridor that's guarded by one enemy and a camera. Make sure you hack the camera so that you won't alert the rest of them and then take out the single guard with stealth.
  • Make sure you are still crouching as you approach the Fitness Center's entrance since there will be two men talking. Turn right, get on above the bar and keep moving alongside the right until you reach the atrium.
  • Upon reaching the ground floor of the Fitness Center, head to the left and make sure you're just at the left-hand side until you reach the van. As you approach it, scan and tag the enemies as you go and be cautious of your surroundings.
  • After connecting to the van, head to the upper floor where you'll find Sasquatch and her patrols roaming outside the cinema. This is where you will need to fight Sasquatch before you reach the entrance and head towards the projection room to confront the agent.

Alternative:

  • When you reach the corridor before the Fitness Center, if you have the required Body or Technical Ability attribute, you can open the doors that are on the right. This gives you access to a shortcut that will lead you straight to the upper floor - this way, you won't have to face any enemies until Sasquatch and her lackeys.

Skip the Van and Sasquatch

  • Fight or sneak your way through the Animals on the Ground Floor and reach the Upper Floor.
  • When you reach the upper floor, head to the Kabayan Foods Restaurant, and instead of heading past it towards the van, head inside and slip through the exit that's on the opposite. Here, you'll be able to reach the cinema.
  • From there, make sure you stay hidden and use the cover to avoid being seen by Sasquatch. And when the path is clear, you can sneak your way through the entrance and you'll be able to find the NetWatch agent in the cinema's projection room.

It actually ****ing worked. Working with the Voodoo Boys, Brigitte... It leads us straight to Alt. Looks like your troubles are over, kid. Fixing your head is gonna be a walk in the park for Alt, that I guarantee. You just do what Brigitte says for now - I'll handle the rest.

Transmission Objectives

  • Return to Brigitte to accept her offer.
  • Follow Brigitte.
  • Get in the ice bath.
  • Complete Never Fade Away.
  • (Optional) Escape the Voodoo Boys' hideout.
  • Leave the chapel.

Transmission Walkthrough

The Cyberspace

  • To progress the objective of this job, you need to accept Brigitte's during the "I Walk the Line" job. If you refuse, you'll have to return later on. But most likely, she'll be gone and you need to contact her again. Only this time, you'll have to meet her at the chapel.
  • If ever you did refuse, you still need to accept her offer to progress the quest. Now, follow Brigitte to the chapel where you'll enter deep into the Voodoo Boys' den. After asking Brigitte what her deal is, get in the ice bath and you'll enter the Cyberpace and enter a flashback of Johnny just like in "Playing for Time"
  • From here, you'll play as Johnny in this flashback sequence "Never Fade Away". A job where you attempt to rescue Alt Cunningham.

Never Fade Away

  • You'll find yourself back at The Hammer where Johnny and his band were playing. Go to the dressing room and speak to Kerry. Here, you'll meet Alt Cunningham who is the love interest of Johnny. The dialogue options that you choose here won't have any impact on future events, so just answer as you see fit. Choosing either "You're confused. Get the f*** out of here" or "[Grab] That this meant something? Well aren't you imaginative" will make Alt treat Johnny harshly in future quests. (You'll know you got the good result if Johnny has the option to walk Alt home in the alley)
  • After the romance sequence with her, you'll both head outside and some thugs will approach you. Either way, if you fight or run away, Johnny gets knocked out and Alt gets taken - shortly after, Johnny awakens at a Riperdoc clinic.
  • Speak to Thompson who's also at the clinic and look for Rogue at the Atlantis. You'll find her in a private room of the bar on the upper area alongside Santiago. If you're having trouble, speak to the bouncer in the club to ask where she is.
  • After trying to convince Rogue to help, a group of agents from Arasaka will interrupt the conversation and try to take Johnny in. From here, you'll have to fight your way through Arasaka's forces and escape Atlantis. Once you're out, get in Johnnys Porsche and you'll still have to fight off the pursuers.
  • Simply finish the flashback sequence and exit the cyberspace to obtain your next objective which is when you're back as V in the Voodoo Boys' den.

Ally or Foe

  • Now, how this quest ends will depend on how you interacted with the NetWatch agent back in "I Walk the Line". As mentioned, there will be consequences if you took the agent's offer.

Taking the NetWatch agent's offer:

  • If you took the offer, you'll basically betray the Voodoo Boys.
  • You'll find all the netrunners of Voodoo Boys dead and you'll have to fight against the rest of the gang members as you exit the chapel.
  • Eventually, you will encounter Placide and you will have to fight him. After you defeat him, just grab the keys from his body and to open the chapel's door, and leave. This completes the main quest.

Rejecting the NetWatch agent's offer:

  • If you rejected the agent's offer, you'll walk out of the VDB's den peacefully, provided that you do not provoke them or attack them as you head out. Again, you'll complete this job when you leave the church.

  • You'll obtain this job after completing Transmission. Head to the Afterlife club located in Watson. The waypoint will automatically be marked on the mini-map, so just follow it.
  • When you arrive, speak to the bouncer at the entrance and head to the private room where you'll find Rogue speaking to Panam. Wait for their conversation to finish then speak to her. Before you can officially start a business with her, you need to have €$15000. If you have the cash, pay her and wait for her. If you don't have the money, then you'll have to get it. In order to progress this quest, it is mandatory that you pay her.
  • After giving her the money, sit at the marked stool by the bar and wait for Rogue. When she's ready, return to her booth and talk to her. The dialogue options here will not have any impact, so answer her as you prefer - after the conversation, give Panam a call to arrange a meeting.
  • Obviously, if you noticed earlier, she left Rogue's booth annoyed. So when you talk to her, just tell her to forget about Rogue and that you can help her in one of the dialogue options.

Meet with Panam

  • Now, travel by car and head to the marked location where you'll meet Panam. It's near the northern edge of Santo Domingo, just follow the waypoint on the mini-map. When you arrive, get in her car and ride with her to the Aldecaldos' camp where you'll meed Mitch and Scorpion.
  • After the conversation with Mitch and Scorpion, follow Panam, take the box in the tent, and load it in the trunk before riding back in her car. Next, just talk to her until she drives you to the next area where you'll go over the plan and scan three devices. Once you've scanned it, speak to Panam.
  • Now, you need to scan a few things again, the transformer and the power source. Once that's done, head back to Panam to discuss the plan with her. Your next objective is to meet her at the power substation.
  • Next, take the jumper cables from the trunk of the car, open the hood, and connect them to the battery. Now go to the building that's marked and head inside to restore the power. You can either force open the door with 8 Body attribute or break in through the glass window. Once that's all done, head up the rooftop to get in position and wait for the Raffen Shiv to arrive.

The Ambush

  • Now get ready to ambush the Raffen Shiv. Wait for Panam's signal to turn on the power. From the vantage point, use the advantage to scan and tag the enemies. This will help you identify their positions and take them out through stealth.
  • The goal is to retrieve Panam's car. And to do this, you need to steal the key from the guard that has it. You'll find the guard patrolling outside the front door of the bar.
  • The best way is to get rid of any enemies that are in your way. You should also consider entering the building from the west, take out the enemies outside and then inside of the bar. And once you have the key, just ignore the rest of the Raffen Shiv and head to the Thorton.
  • Again, it all depends on how you want to approach this sequence. If you do this as quietly as possible, once you're in the vehicle, just drive to the meeting location to where Panam is. Or you can get rid of all the enemies in the area with Panam's help and you'll drive away together with the Thorton- as you drive away with the Thorton, you'll now have to make a decision that would help to a future romance with Panam.

Panam's Revenge

  • Agreeing to help Panam will help you start building a bond if you want to Romance her and even potentially unlock an ending that involves her. Again, this is just a foundation for a bond between Panam and (male) V.
  • While Panam drives the Thorton, she'll mention that she wants to get revenge on Nash, a former partner who betrayed her. If you agree to help her, she'll drive to the mines and you'll face against Nash's men. Here, you'll also be able to grab a unique weapon from him. If you refuse to help her, V just convinces her to stick to the plan. You'll skip the battle sequence and Panam will be displeased with it.

Help Panam:

  • Panam drives V to the mines where you'll have to fight a large number of members of the Raffem Shiv. You'll have to clear the area and fight your way through before facing Nash.
  • The enemies here are positioned both in the middle of the area and surrounding the elevated platforms. The best way to approach this battle is to patiently take out your enemies with long-range weapons and thin out their numbers before facing Nash - Nash wields a strong rifle so proceed with caution.
  • Once you've cleared the area, be sure to loot the area and your enemies (specifically Nash) before returning to the car with Panam.
  • Note this tunnel, if you return after the mission there is a free black Caliburn in a shipping crate halfway in, the fastest vehicle in the game.

The Sunset Motel

  • Regardless if you do help Panam get revenge or convince her to just stick to the plan, you'll end up at Sunset Motel where Panam makes a deal with Boz. All you have to do here is sit in the car and wait.
  • Once the deal is done and the thugs leave, join Panam in the nearby restaurant and drink with her. Later, she suggests that you both spend the night at the motel. This will be your first attempt to flirt with her, so choose the dialogue where V suggests that you share a room.
  • Of course, she becomes reluctant with the idea, but later on, she agrees to it just to save money and that you'll be sleeping on separate beds. Just go with the flow when she agrees to it, there won't be any major scenes here, but again it will add up to building that bond with her since you've started to flirt with her.
  • To complete this job, head up to the room and rest. You'll obtain the next when V wakes up in the morning.

Panam Palmer. Gotta say, I like her. Girl's got a pair - and clearly a plan, too. Let's see if it's enough to grab Hellman. Honestly, V, never thought I'd ride with the nomads again. I know, I know she left the Aldecaldos, but you can feel it too, can't you? Clan's in her blood and bones. In her heart. Don't think she'll let us down.

Lightning Breaks Objectives

  • Meet Panam at midnight.
  • Talk to Panam.
  • Take the passenger seat.
  • Shoot the target using the turret.
  • Take out the power plant security.
  • Overheat the terminals.
  • Take the passenger seat.

Lightning Breaks Walkthrough

Meet Panam at midnight

  • You'll pick up where you left after completing Ghost Town. V wakes up in the morning and you'll be left with a note from Panam. Your next objective is to meet her at the gas station by Sunset Motel at midnight. You'll find her inside the garage.
  • Next, talk to her to go over another plan. After the conversation, get in the passenger seat of Panam's car.
  • Now, during your journey, you will need to jack in to use the turret. Once you have control of it, you'll test it out. Simply shoot the targets ahead.

Clear the Power Plant

  • Panam then drives to the vantage point first to scout the power plant. Shortly after, Panam drives to the location where you'll have to fight against the security forces of the power plant.
  • Upon arriving, take out the security drones while V is jacked in the turret. Alternatively, you can use the short circuit quickhack if you are having trouble using the turret.
  • Next, head towards the marked terminals inside the plant and interact with them to overheat it. Once that's done, run back to the car where Panam drives up a hill.
  • Panam then hands V a detonator. Simply activate it when you are prompted to do so. You'll automatically follow through with the next job, Life During Wartime.

An AV full of corpo-rats drowned in the dust and sand - a beautiful sight. Sucks for the nomads though, especially Panam. Looks like our dame keeps losing everything she loves. Correction - almost everything. In other news, Hellman's surely shitting his pants knowing that the game's up. He's all yours. Just be careful - those Kang Tao pissheads won't be going down without a fight.

Life During Wartime Objectives

  • Take out the drones.
  • Wait for Panam to fix the turret.
  • Reach the AV.
  • Scan the crashed AV
  • (Optional) Scan the area for signs of the Aldecaldos.
  • (Optional) Scan the Kang Tao operatives.
  • (Optional) Scan for the combat drones.
  • Scan the area for Mitch.
  • Check out the crash site.
  • Take out the turret.
  • Defeat the Kang Tao operatives.
  • Wait for Panam.
  • Get in the AV.
  • Talk to the Pilot.
  • Talk to Mitch.
  • Talk to Panam.
  • Scan the tracks.
  • Follow the Kang Tao's tracks.
  • (Optional) Defeat the Kang Tao operatives on the airship.
  • Go to the gas station with Panam.
  • Find Hellman at the gas station.
  • Get to the upper floor of the gas station to find Hellman.
  • Confront Hellman and knock him out.
  • Call Takemura and speak to him.
  • Pick Hellman up.
  • Take Anders outside.
  • Put Hellman down.
  • Talk to Hellman.

Life During Wartime Walkthrough

Car Chase

  • You'll automatically unlock this immediately after completing Lightning Breaks. Still in Panam's car, as she drives to the location, you'll have to fight against the drones. Jack in the terminal in the vehicle and connect to the turret. Don't worry when the turret malfunctions, Panam will help and she'll fix it.
  • When you reach the area, jack in the terminal again to scout the area ahead. Make use of this so that you can scan for the positions of the forces of Kang Tao, the rest of the drones, look for Mitch, and for any life signs of the Aldecaldos. Your main objective is to look for Mitch, the rest are optional. Once you've familiarized yourself with the area, disconnect.
  • You'll have dialogue options next when you talk to Panam. Make sure to choose "We'll find Mitch" and then "Stay in the car, you're hurt." This will help in building the Romance with her.

The Crash Site

  • The crash site is heavily guarded by mechanical enemies here, so the best approach here is by stealth, unless your character is all jacked up and is capable of just charging in, then go ahead. If you want to play this carefully, from the car circle counter-clockwise to reach the AV Emergency Control that's powering the turret. This way, you'll be able to sneak past the droids.
  • Once you reach the panel, jack in to disable the turret, then wait for Panam. Once you open the hatch, you'll find Mitch taken hostage by the Kang Tao pilot. Take note that the pilot dies no matter what you say here BUT it's even better if you're able to get the info about where Hellman is. If you succeed in getting the details, you'll save more time and head towards the vantage point by the gas station. If you fail, you'll need to track down Hellman and face reinforcements along the way. The recommended dialogue lines can be found below.
  • Once you rescue Mitch from the pilot, speak to him, and choose the following lines to answer Panam. This will help in a Romance later on. Select "I gotta get Hellman, will you help?", followed by "I’ll help you settle the score with Kang Tao”.

Reveal Information from the pilot:

  • "I just want Hellman."
  • "I'm losing my patience."
  • NOTE: Make sure you don't shoot the pilot as well while you are talking to him.

Fail to reveal the information.

  • Any other dialogue lines or combination of dialogue.
  • If you fail to learn about where Hellman was taken, you'll need to look for the tracks of fire of the vehicle he was in. To do this, activate your scanner to find the tracks, ride the motorbike and follow the tracks until you reach the gas station. It won't be easy since you'll encounter Kang Tao forces along the way.

Look for Hellman

  • Hellman can be found on the upper level inside the gas station. The only way to get to him is via the stairs in the corner of the garage workshop. The area is heavily guarded by Kang Tao forces, so approach this area as you see fit. A good way to start this is to scan and tag as much as enemies as you can while you're at the vantage point.
  • Once you've secured the area, head to the objective where Hellman is, knock him out, and then call Takemura. After speaking to him, pick up Hellman, go out of the gas station through the gate of the garage, and lean him against the motorbike.
  • Once you put Hellman down, Saul arrives while you are talking to Panam and Mitch. You need to defend Panam by choosing “It really wasn’t Panam’s fault” during the timed dialogue event.
  • You'll then receive a call later on from her sometime after completing this mission and you'll acquire Riders on the Storm, the first Side Job related to her.
  • After parting ways with Panam and the Aldecaldos, you'll return to Sunset Motel with Hellman. Approach him and you'll begin interrogating him. The dialogue choices here won't really have any implications for the game, so just choose any dialogue based on your preference - Takemura then arrives after talking to Hellman, simply leave the room and speak to Johnny to complete this quest.

If someone told me I'd be taking calls from Saburo Arasaka's ****ing bodyguard, I'd have laughed in their face. And now we're supposed to meet with some Takemura? Hand over all our detes? I'm not even gonna pretend like this is a good idea. But **** it - sometimes you just gotta go all in.

Down on the Street Objectives

  • Lean on the barrier and wait for Takemura.
  • Talk to Oda.
  • Talk to Takemura.
  • Get into Takemura's van.
  • Go to Wakako.
  • Talk to Wakako.
  • Talk to Takemura.

Down on the Street Walkthrough

Meet Takemura and Wakako

  • To start off, head to Channel Street docks in Japantown and wait for Takemura by the concrete failsafe parapet that's marked. Wait there until Takemura arrives. You'll then meet Oda here as well.
  • After the conversation, your next objective is to head towards Wakako's parlor. Takemura can drive you there and you can join him, or if you want to stroll around first, reject his offer and just go there on your own later.
  • You'll find Wakako's parlor in Jig-Jig street, Takemura will also be waiting for you there. Simply go inside and meet Wakako with Takemura and take the shard from her to start the briefing.
  • Once that's done, follow Takemura outside and speak to him. He'll mention that he needs to gather more intel before you start the mission, so you will need to wait for 24 hours in-game before you can start the next job, Gimme Danger. Alternatively, you can also skip time from the menu if you have nothing else to do.

How to unlock Down on the Street

  • This job can be unlocked after completing Playing for Time. You'll need to wait for a call from Takemura, or read his messages and get back to him for this job to become available.

Down on the Street Notes & Tips

  • Before entering Wakako's office you can have a funny conversation with Takemura and an elderly man.
  • Previous to 1.1 he just wouldn't call sometimes, halting the game. Now Takemura can call the player and just... not speak. And that's it
Simply reloading an older save doesn't fix this problem, as the bug will reoccur. That means your saves from after the bug happens are all lost in terms of game progression. But there is a fix if you're lucky enough to have a save from before the bug.

  • First, Load a save from before V and Takemura leave Wakako's office. Once V finishes the conversation with Takemura outside the office and the quest progression updates, immediately skip ahead 23 hours. This should make the call and conversation happen.

  • The title of this Main Job comes from The Stooges song, Down on the Street.

Gimme Danger is a Main Job in Cyberpunk 2077. Gimme Danger can be acquired after completing Down on the Street and waiting 24 hours in-game. Completing Main Jobs (Main Quests) in Cyberpunk 2077 progresses the story forward.

Our crazed ronin shows no signs of slowing his roll. We barely get intel from Wakako about the parade and Takemura's already hatching some hairbraned scheme in Japantown. He wants to meet at the market? Fine, let's parley, but you already know where I stand. Don't let him strong-arm you into anything. Who knows how many loose screws are bouncing around that skull at this points...

Gimme Danger Objectives

  • Meet Takemura.
  • Go over the plan with Takemura.
  • Take the shard.
  • Break into the security room.
  • Infect the security system.
  • Go to Arasaka Industrial Park.
  • Follow Takemura.
  • Scan the area.
  • (Optional) Keep scanning.
  • Talk to Takemura.
  • Return to street level.
  • Break into Arasaka Industrial Park.
  • Get inside the warehouse.
  • Hack the float.
  • Talk to Takemura.
  • Leave Arasaka Industrial Park.

Gimme Danger Walkthrough

Meet with Takemura

  • Once you've completed Down on the Street and have waited for Takemura's call after 24 hours in-game, you'll receive an update from him.
  • Head over to the market area of Japantown and meet Takemura to go over the plan. Ride the public lift to find him on the upper section. Speak to him when you find him and take the shard to start the briefing.
  • Next, you will need to break into the security room. You can gain access if you can force-open the door with 6 Body attribute or by going through the elevated grate that's on the left. Once you're in, jack into the access point on the terminal.
  • After that's done, climb up the ladder and go back to Takemura who's waiting outside. Follow him and sit by the food stall with him.
  • At the end of the conversation, you will have to make a decision that will either result in befriending him. You either join him at breaking in the industrial park or let him take care of it on his own. Of course, the obvious choice is to accompany him. You'll be taken to the Arasaka Industrial Park after agreeing to help him.

Break into Arasaka Industrial Park

  • When you arrive, follow Takemura to the lift and press the button to reach the roof where you'll reach a vantage point. The goal is to scan the ones that are highlighted yellow for clues. But don't just focus on those four points but also other options. First, you'll find a lone guard on the far left side, outside the park's perimeter.
  • If you chose the Corpo life path, you can hear him freak out and later, try to convince him to open the gate. Next, even further on the left, you'll find an Arasaka van. If you scan the van, you can use it to drive into the compound. After the reconnaissance, go back to the street level with Takemura. Now, there are three ways to enter the park and it will be indicated below.
  • The float that you need to reach can be found in the large warehouse across the industrial park where you'll start. There are many ways to approach and infiltrate this area, so make sure you were able to scan from the vantage point to find possible options. Be cautious as well if you decide to sneak in since there are many cameras, guards, and mechanical enemies here.
  • To complete this job, leave the industrial park and head back down to the street level.

Ways to infiltrate the Industrial Park:

  • Using the footbridge is an option here. Climb onto the crates on the worksite where you scanned the site and neutralize or sneak past the two guards there.
  • Follow the path to the security building and take out the guard inside that's sitting in front of the screen. Next, head down the stairs and navigate through the service tunnel to reach the warehouse on the other side of the compound.
  • You can reach it by going through the double door, just watch out for the CCTV and avoid it to be seen.

Alternate options:

  • An alternate route is by taking the side entrance, just take a short walk past the facility's front door. If you used the van to sneak into the compound, this is where you'll also end up at.
  • Now, distract the guard using the surveillance camera and crouch-walk to the pile of pallets that are past the security booth. Next, hop onto the blue barrels, followed by the gas tank, and then the adjacent rooftop. This will then lead you a few meters away from a door that will lead to the warehouse with the floats.
  • Another way is if you are playing with Corpo life path, you can speak to the lone guard by the gate and choose the "Unscheduled inspection" dialogue line to convince him to open the gate for you. (Must scan him from the vantage point earlier to identify the guard)
    • This is the guard on the left by the gate you highlight, it can be tricky to trigger the dialog option, you must listen to the guard's conversation first.
  • Once you're inside the sentries won't be hostile against you and this will allow you to reach the double door leading to the warehouse building without triggering any combat.

  • Wait for Takemura to make his move.
  • Escape the parade guards.

Play It Safe Walkthrough

Wait for Takemura's Call

  • This job becomes available after completing Life During Wartime and Gimme Danger. You need to wait for his call before you can meet him back at the market of Japantown. While you are waiting, you can complete other Side Jobs or gigs.
  • Once you receive a call from Takemura, head to Japantown, and take the shard to begin the briefing. Your goal here is to neutralize the snipers within the area.

Neutralize the Snipers

First Sniper:

  • Once the parade begins, cross the footbridge and make your way up to the long metal staircase. There are two options here that you can do to reach the first sniper. The common path is to follow the walkway and climb the ladder at the end. The other route is to go through the double door, climb up the ladder, then jump and pull yourself through the opening above. Whichever path you choose, you'll still end up at the same objective area which is a few meters away from the sniper.
  • If you take the alternate path, just take note that there are explosive devices that you'll come across that can be disarmed or destroyed, as well as a computer that you can breach.

Second Sniper:

  • For the second sniper, again there are two ways to reach the target take a footbridge below you or further from the first sniper's location. There's a footbridge below your current position, but you will need the required level of the Intelligence attribute in order to take this path. Simply drop down from the first sniper's location and climb down two ladders until you find a grate at the end of the path. You'll need a remote activation to open the grate/
  • When you reach the other side of the footbridge, sneak up to the guard leaning out of the window then jump through that window and climb up the ladder on the left where you'll reach an elevated platform.
  • From this vantage point, scan and tag the sniper on the other side and wait for him to lean his arms on the nearby railing before you take him out.
  • Now, if you take the other path which is the upper footbridge from the first sniper, you'll need to head to an elevator that's on the north side. Ride it and head to the 21st floor.
  • Next, climb up the ladder at the end of the balcony and cross the street via the catwalk. Be careful here since one of the panels will fall right in front of you, so take a step back and then sprint and leap across the gap.
  • When you reach the end of the catwalk, you'll find a grate. Pass through it and then use the walkways and ledges to descent in a counterclockwise way to avoid the drones in the area. Alternatively, you can also quick hack the mechanical enemies.
  • Once you're at the bottom, you will find an enemy guarding a door, and just past it is where the second sniper is.
  • Now, when you enter the room that leads to the second sniper, try to observe the mine on the wall. You can avoid triggering it if you jump past its beam or you can disarm it if you have the required Technical Ability attribute.
  • If you are able to pass without being detected, then you can quietly sneak in and take out the second sniper. Once that's done, head to the double doors and be ready to jump over another mine or disarm it.
  • Next, head up the staircase and you'll encounter two guards patrolling. You can take them out one at a time when they lean out of the window. Now follow through the corridor at the top to reach the outside section. Simply take out any drones and Arasaka forces on the terrace.

Third Sniper:

  • You'll now find yourself at the terrace. And you have two choices again on how to approach this in order to reach the third sniper. The first one involves you jumping or using a ladder inside a small building that requires the Technical Ability attribute to open the door. Then you'll need to take the service lift to reach the foyer. The second option is to leap onto the footbridge on the right where you'll have to climb to reach the foyer. Whichever path you take, you'll find yourself in the same area where you'll find the third sniper.

Reach the Netrunner

  • Once you've neutralized the third sniper, take the elevator to reach the 21st floor and pull out the link of the netrunner.
  • Once you pull out the wire, Oda will appear and attack V. You'll now have to fight against him and defeat him to progress the job.
  • If you've defeated Oda, you'll be able to choose to either spare his life or finish him off. If you spare his life, he will appear later on in one of the game's ending but this time, he won't be hostile towards V.
  • Whichever you decide, after dealing with Oda, connect to the access point to continue the quest and you'll be able to hack into Hanako's computer. Next, deactivate the security turret for Takemura.
  • After watching through Hanako's computer, you'll now need to escape the area from the guards. Head towards the nearby double doors which will take you outside. Follow the walkway and then drop down to reach an elevator at the end of the corridor. Ride the lift so that you can return to the street level. You'll complete this once you've escaped, and you'll also unlock the next job, Search and Destroy.

Know what my downside is? No matter how much I might want to, I don't ****ing make mistakes. Lo and behold! Our factory-reset ronin, hounded by every single Arasaka soldier in Night City for KIDNAPPING Saburo Arasaka's daughter. Kudos to him - I couldn't've ****ed this plan up better myself. And after all this he STILL wants you to drop by? I don't know who's more whacked - him or us. Just remember to knock four times. His head, preferably - against a ****ing table.

Search and Destroy Objectives

  • Get to the hideout.
  • Knock on the door.
  • Talk to Takmura.
  • Talk to Hanako Arasaka.
  • Check the door.
  • Leave the building.

Search and Destroy Walkthrough

Meet with Takemura

  • You'll obtain this quest right after completing Play It Safe. From the Japantown bazaar, head to the hideout of Takemura.
  • Takemura can be found in unit 303 of the abandoned apartment building. Once you're at the front door, knock FOUR times, if you knock once or three times, Takemura will shoot you.
  • Now, speak to Takemura and ask him about what happened earlier, and then sit on the chair near Hanako to tell her about the death of Saburo.
  • Shortly after the conversation, Takemura hears something from the hallway. Go to the front door and check it out. Just when V checks the hallway, Arasaka forces will start shooting.

Escape the Building

  • When V's back up after falling from the apartment, you'll need to make an important but optional objective here. When you reach the room that has a cross with blue neon light, you'll have to choose to either escape the safehouse or help Takemura who will be able to take part in the latter part of the story.
  • If you wish to leave the area, take the route on the right from the blue neon-lit cross and follow the path to reach the exit. It still won't be easy since you will fight against Arasaka forces.
  • If you want to help Takemura, take the path on the left from the blue neon-lit cross. There are multiple enemies here, so try to use stealth and take out the enemies one at a time if you can. Takemura can still be found in the same unit on 303. It's not an easy path to take since you will need to fight your way through, but this will also allow you to gain access to a shortcut that leads to the exit. Optionally, if V is equipped with Fortified Ankles, you can simply jump back up the hole you fell through and return to the fight.

Nocturne Op55N1 is a Main Job in Cyberpunk 2077. Nocturne Op55N1 can be acquired after completing Transmission and Search and Destroy. Completing Main Jobs (Main Quests) in Cyberpunk 2077 progresses the story forward.

We both knew this time would come. If we don't think of something quick, you will die - and I'll go with you. It's time for our final meeting.

Nocturne Op55N1 Objectives

  • Meet Hanako at Embers.
  • Talk to Hanako Arasaka.
  • Sit with Hanako Arasaka.
  • Leave the restaurant.
  • Talk to Johnny.
  • Take the pills.
  • Leave Viktor's clinic.
  • Talk to Misty.
  • Take the elevator to the roof.
  • Follow Misty.
  • Sit by Misty and Talk to Johnny.

Nocturne Op55N1 Walkthrough

The Point of No Return

  • Take note that you will be entering a point of no return as soon as you ride the elevator to Embers. Once you are inside the restaurant, you will be locked out from the rest of the activities in the game. So if you have any unfinished business or you want to visit shops or ripperdocs, do it before heading to Embers.
  • If you're unsure, create a manual save file so that you can just reload the data. You can also visit the Endings guide page to learn more about the dialogue choices and different endings you can unlock in the game.
  • Once you're at Embers, simply approach the piano and talk to Hanako. After the conversation, leave the area the same way you came in.

Your Final Choice

  • V loses consciousness in the elevator and he/she will wake up in Viktor's Clinic. Once you're up, take the pills and V's gun. Next, leave Viktor's clinic and head talk to Misty. Simply follow her and she'll take you to a rooftop balcony.
  • Now, this is the moment of truth. Sit on the chair and you'll now be given dialogue options that will determine how the game will end. Depending on the side jobs you've also done in the game, you will also be able to unlock additional dialogue options that will also determine the ending. The information will be noted down below, or you can hop onto the Endings page for a more detailed guide.
  • Once you've chosen your "path" simply head back down to the ground floor and speak to Misty, then follow her into her shop to close this quest.

Choose your Path

If you've somehow made a relationship with certain characters in the game that you can Romance, you can give them a call while you are on the rooftop balcony where Misty takes you. If you do this, they will make an appearance during the epilogue. If you don't call them, then they won't appear and you'll end up being on your own. The second choice you have to make is to choose who you want to ask for help when you are about to raid Arasaka Tower. Here are the following options:

  • Ask for Hanako's help: This is the default option. Provided that you didn't finish Rogue or Panam's side jobs and ended up in Romance, this is the option you will only get. V will then accept Hanako's offer and it will lead to the Where is my Mind? ending. This will then lead to the next job, Last Caress.
  • Ask for Rogue's help: To do this, you have to complete her side jobs which are Chippin' In and Blistering Love. Here, V decides that Johnny should take over and team up with Rogue. Depending on your choices in the latter part of the game, the ending will either involve Johnny or an ending that involves V's redemption. This will then lead to the next job, For Whom the Bell Tolls.
  • Ask for Panam's help: For the option to ask for Panam's help to become available, players will need to complete all of Panam's side jobs. Specifically Riders on the Storm, With a Little Help from my Friends, and Queen of the Highway. This will lead to an ending that will revolve around the Nomads where we find V finding freedom. This will then lead to the next job, We Gotta Live Together.
  • Path of Least Resistance: The fourth approach is to "end it all". When Johnny asks you if you're sure about the decision you picked, choose the dialogue “Could also just put all this to rest” and then "[Toss pills] I know exactly what we're gonna do."
  • Don't Fear the Reaper: There is also a secret ending that you can achieve. When you choose who to ask for help, you can stay quiet for a while and Johnny will offer V an alternate plan which involves V infiltrating Arasaka Tower on his/her own. It's a one-shot ending, meaning you need to survive the combat sequence because if you die, it's game over and you won't be able to do it again. Check the Endings page to learn more about the conditions on how to achieve this.

Nocturne Op55N1 Notes & Tips

  • The quest title is a reference to one of Frederick Chopin's nocturnes, which are musical pieces meant to be evocative of night. Likely used here to pay tribute to Night City itself.
  • Hanako is actually playing Chopin's Nocturne Op55No1 on the grand piano as V exits the elevator. She will continue to play the piece until V approaches to trigger the story dialogue.
  • The wait time required for the secret ending named "Don't Fear the Reaper" is approximately the same duration as the song of the same name.

That's all, folks! Little Johnny can go to sleep while the grown-ups fix their big ol' mess. All I know's that you cut a deal with Arasaka - you help Hanako knock Yorinobu off his pedestal in return for help with the Relic. You already know where I stand. You've got better things to dream about than a rockerboy's mad ravings. Just make sure this little dream of yours doesn't turn into a nightmare.

Last Caress Objectives

  • Talk to Hanako Arasaka.
  • Head to the estate.
  • Neutralize the elite guards. (4/4)
  • Neutralize the rest of the guards.
  • Find Hanako.
  • Talk to Hanako.
  • Follow Hanako.
  • Enter the AV.

Last Caress Walkthrough

Neutralize the Elite Guards

  • For this quest, you will travel to the residence where Hanako Arasaka is held captive. Luckily, Andres Hellman will bring you there. You'll be able to meet him at Misty's shop before Nocturne Op55N1 ends. Your goal is to take out the Elite Guards and escape the premises with Hanako via an AV.
  • The elite guards can be found in the following areas, the kitchen, the pool section, the mansion's entrance hall, and one patrolling the walkway overlooking the room where Hanako is in.
  • Take note that there are other forces here as well, not just the four elite guards. The recommended way to approach this is again, through stealth, take out any enemies that are in your way, avoid alerting the rest of the enemies, and kill each elite guard one by one. Use your hacking abilities as well to create distractions if needed.
  • A recommended approach here is to crouch-walk alongside the wall to the west side of the garden until you reach the residence. You can slip through the door in the northwest corner of the building to avoid being seen by the rest of the guards.
  • Once you've taken out all four elite guards, work your way to the bedroom where Hanako is and follow her to the AV. You'll automatically proceed to Arasaka Tower to start the infiltration.

Go to hell, V. You're on your own, got that? Stage is all yours. I'll just stand in the wings and watch you meet certain death, 'cause that's how this little coup against Yorinobu is gonna end. That is, unless our porcelain doll's got any aces up her sleeve. But if things go south, just jump out the window. Don't give them the satisfaction - don't let the ****ers take you alive.

Totalimmortal Objectives

  • Follow Hanako Arasaka.
  • Talk to Hanako.
  • Enter the elevator.
  • Sit next to the couch.
  • Give your testimony.
  • Find a seat.
  • Sit next to Hanako.
  • Fend off the attackers.
  • Take the elevator to the upper atrium.
  • Reach the elevator.
  • Defeat Yorinobu's forces.
  • Head to Yorinobu's office.
  • Defeat Adam Smasher.
  • (Optional) Decide Smasher's fate.
  • Confront Yorinobu.
  • Take the elevator down.

Totalimmortal Walkthrough

The Board Meeting

  • You'll automatically arrive at the Corpo Plaza right after riding the AV with Hanako and Hellman. When you arrive, simply follow Hanako first, speak to her when you reach an office, and then follow her again to an elevator.
  • In one of these sequences, you'll see Jackie involved only if you chose to send his body to Viktor at the end of The Heist. Before you join the board meting, make sure you prepare and equip you strongest weapon and armor. Once the board meeting is done, your objective is to take out Yorinobu's forces that storm the place.
  • After killing the first wave of enemies, you can either pass through the forest or follow the walkway straight to the elevator. Either way, you will still run into Yorinobu's  troops. But when you reach the objective, ride the lift to the upper atrium.

The Upper Atrium

  • When you arrive at the upper atrium, you goal is get to another lift which is two floors above you. The path here is pretty much linear but you will have to fight a lot of enemies along they way. While you are at the elevator though, IF YOU HELPED TAKEMURA IN "Search and Destroy", HE WILL OFFER TO HELP V OUT TO CLEAR THE AREA. IF YOU DIDN'T HELP HIM OR REFUSE FOR HIS ASSISTANCE, THEN YOU WILL HAVE TO DO THIS ALONE.
  • Either way, you will still need to fight against the enemies before reaching the marked objective. A good tip is to use quickhack against the drones and use stealth to your advantage. Upon reaching the second lift, ride it and head to the CEO level. On the CEO floor, kill the remaining enemies and then enter Yorinobu's office where you'll have to fight against Adam Smasher.
  • Once you've defeated him, you'll have the option to decide his fate, kill him or spare his life. Now, head to Yorinobu's office to confront him.
  • Hanako then arrives after speaking to Yorinobu and Hellman escorts you out. Simply follow Hellman and take the elevator down to end this job. You'll now enter cyberspace and proceed to the epilogue "Where Is My Mind?" for choosing the path of asking for Hanako's help.

Knockin' On Heaven's Door Walkthrough

Save Weyland

  • The job will start off in the forest section of Arasaka Tower. Your first main objective is to find the commanding officer, but it's recommended that you follow Rogue to rescue Weyland.
  • First, head to the platform with the conference table that is guarded by two Arasaka men. Take one of them out when the guard looks away while Rogue deals with the other.
  • Now head to the area with the waterfall where you'll encounter three men investigating the crash site. Take out one of the guards and Rogue will automatically deal with the other.

Reach Mikoshi

  • After rescuing Weyland, follow Rogue towards the location of the commanding officer. There will be one guard here along with the officer, so take the guard out and then the commanding officer. Search the officer's body to obtain the tower's access token.
  • Now head to the elevator while you fight off the Arasaka forces. Once you're in, wait for Rogue and Weyland and ride the lift to the atrium. Continue following Rogue along the atrium until you obtain the next objective to reach the security level.
  • Inside the security room, take out the guard, and then interact with the computer. Turn on the server room authorization in the Local Network Tab and then enter the server room and connect Alt to the system.
  • Go back to the elevator and ride it down to reach the Netrunner Operations floor and to get to Mikoshi.
  • When you reach the door, make sure you make final preparations to prepare for a boss fight against Adam Smasher. Defeat him to progress the quest. Weyland will help you in fighting him.
  • After defeating him, you'll get to decide if you want to kill Adam or spare him. Also, you have the option to retrieve Rogue's gun, you might as well take it.
  • Next, speak to Weyland before heading to the access point of Mikoshi and connect to the server to enter cyberspace.
  • Here, still playing as Johnny, you'll find V and now have to decide how the game ends. The dialogue options you choose will either unlock the epilogue job of either The Path of Glory or New Dawn Fades. You can read and learn more about this by checking the Endings page.

We Gotta Live Together is a Main Job in Cyberpunk 2077. We Gotta Live Together can be acquired after completing Nocturne Op55N1 and by asking for Panam 's help. Completing Main Jobs (Main Quests) in Cyberpunk 2077 progresses the story forward.

I was gonna say that this time you'd have to go it alone, but it looks like the Aldecaldos've got some fight in them after all. Wonder what you see in them: a partner? Friend? Family? Something tells me sooner or later you're gonna have to choose one of the above, especially if it's thanks to them you get into Mikoshi.

We Gotta Live Together Objectives

  • Follow Mitch.
  • Talk to Saul.
  • (Optional) Talk to Mitch.
  • Talk to Dakota.
  • Talk to Saul.
  • (Optional) Talk to the nomads.
  • (Optional) Talk to the Mitch.
  • Talk to Panam Palmer.
  • Join Panam when you're ready.

We Gotta Live Together Walkthrough

One with the Nomads

  • You need to ask for Panam's help during Nocturne Op55N1 to unlock this job. After speaking to Johnny, head down to Misty's shop and speak to her. Shortly after, Panam arrives to pick V up. The next sequence will be at the Outskirts with the rest of the Nomads.
  • This job is pretty much story-driven, so just complete the objectives to complete this job. Your choices won't really have any impact on the epilogue of the game, so just answer as you see fit. When you reach the Nomad's camp, follow Mitch and talk to Saul to go over the plan with Panam.
  • Next, speak to Mitch and then head to the tent where Dakota is. When you're ready, step inside the tub to enter cyberspace. Here, you'll speak to the AI of Alt Cunningham.
  • Shortly after, V returns from Cyberspace, back in the Aldecaldos' camp. All that's left for you to do here is to speak to Saul, gear up and as an optional objective, you can speak to Mitch to learn more about controlling the Panzer, and also if you speak to Cassidy, you'll be able to join in a bottle-shooting challenge.
  • If you're all set, speak to Panam and join her to complete the quest. Next up is Forward to Death.

Last stop on the line. Little does the corp know that this train's not going back. It's a shame I won't be there with you, 'cuz it's looking to be one helluva ride. But hey, that's what family's for, right? Anyway, once you get to the Arasaka sublevels, that crater filled with chrome and concrete, just take a second to remember that Johnny was there. Then mow down anyone in your way and get to Mikoshi.

Forward to Death Objectives

  • Follow Panam.
  • Take the shard from Saul.
  • Use the drone to scan the construction site.
  • Talk to Saul and Panam.
  • Enter the panzer when you're ready.
  • Follow Saul.
  • Exit the Basilisk.
  • Protect the panzer during repair.
  • Enter the Basilisk.
  • Eliminate all enemies in the area. (11/11)
  • Ram your way through the bridge. (2/2)
  • Ram the gate.
  • Exit the Basilisk.
  • Neutralize all enemies. (8/8)
  • Wait for Mitch and Carol.
  • Escort Mitch and Carol.
  • Neutralize Militech forces. (20/20)
  • Prepare for enemy reinforcements.
  • Neutralize Militech forces. (13/13)
  • Wait for the Aldecaldos to regroup.
  • Exit the Basilisk.
  • Neutralize Militech's strike team. (11/11)
  • Return to the construction site.
  • Drive into the tunnel.

Forward to Death Walkthrough

The Construction Site

  • Players will automatically shift to this job after We Gotta Live Together. Follow Panam back to the Aldecaldos' camp and take the shard from Saul to begin scanning the construction site.
  • You'll now need to scan the construction site by using the drone. Make sure you carefully check the layout to familiarize yourself with it. The area ahead is heavily-guarded so you want to make sure to check each section of the site and after you're done scanning, make further preparations before moving out - when you're good to go, just enter the panzer and follow Saul to the site. On a funny note, with the scanner you can actually quickhack the guards to kill them during the sequence but they'll be back once you enter the real mission.
  • Once you approach the construction site, the panzer will unfortunately malfunction. So while Panam fixes it, you need to get out and take out the drones while protecting the panzer. The best way to deal with this is by using a sniper rifle - once it's all clear, enter the Basilisk.
  • Continue following Saul and eliminate the enemies along the way, ram your way through the bridge, and then destroy the gate. When you're through the gate, exit the Basilisk and kill the remaining enemies in the area - from there, wait for Mitch and Carol to arrive and escort them to the top of the scaffolding to access a computer.
  • While Mitch breaches through the system, Militech forces will then arrive, and you need to take them all out to continue onto the next objective. The first wave will be human enemies, so you can fight them off on your own. As for the next wave, the enemies you'll encounter are heavy mechanical units combined with Militech soldiers.
  • After clearing the second wave of Militech troops, wait for the Aldecaldos to regroup, and when you're prompted, enter the Basilisk and head to the marked objective to take out more mechanical units of Militech.
  • When the area is clear, return to the construction site and drive towards the tunnel entrance. You'll automatically then shift to the final job which is Belly of the Beast.

Belly of the Beast is a Main Job in Cyberpunk 2077. Belly of the Beast can be acquired after completing Forward to Death. Completing Main Jobs (Main Quests) in Cyberpunk 2077 progresses the story forward.

You're almost there, V. In the heart of ****ing darkness. Can you feel it? You're so close to the moment of goddamn truth. And I'm right there with you. Still. Always. Even if I'm just a blacked-out passenger in the backseat. Whatever you do, do it for us. At the very least, that's what I'm ****ing counting on.

Belly of the Beast Objectives

  • Talk to Panam.
  • Exit the Basilisk.
  • Join Mitch and Saul.
  • Talk to the Aldecaldos.
  • Climb onto the SERC.
  • Start the SERC.
  • Talk to Saul and Panam.
  • Get inside the Arasaka building.
  • Look around for a maintenance shaft.
  • Neutralize the guards to access the terminal.
  • Wait for the Aldecaldos to regroup.
  • Talk to Saul.
  • Reach the security room.
  • Slot the shard into the terminal.
  • Wait for Alt.
  • Talk to the Aldecaldos.
  • Leave the manufacturing level.
  • Reach the netrunner's nest.
  • Reach Mikoshi.
  • Defeat Adam Smasher.
  • (Optional) Decide Adam Smasher's fate.
  • Get to the Mikoshi Access Point.

Belly of the Beast Walkthrough

Infiltrate Arasaka Building

  • Right after the battle at the construction site, you'll automatically shift to this job right after entering the site's tunnel. Talk to Panam while you're in the panzer to start. Next, exit the Basilisk and join Mitch and Saul. Approach the marked objective to find them both waiting for you and Panam by the stairs.
  • Your next objective is to head to the control room with Panam to start drilling your way into Arasaka building. Shortly after, head outside and speak to Saul again. After the conversation, you'll now start to infiltrate Arasaka building.
  • Once you reach the seismic dampers, your goal is to climb up the ladder that's on the far left. You'll then notice a group of drones patrolling the area. You can sneak past them or take them all out, the choice is yours to make.
  • When you reach the ladder, climb up, and work your way through the shaft along with Saul and Panam to reach the control room.
  • There are two enemies here that are talking to each other. You can use the crate and wait for them to finish talking. Once the other one moves, take him out while Saul gets the other. Now access the terminal after taking care of the two guards and wait for the Aldecaldos to regroup - talk to Saul to obtain the next objective.
  • After talking to Saul, your objective is to reach the security room, and there are a few ways to get there. It can be accessed either via a grate in the far corner of the upper floor, or a door on the lower floor.
  • If your character meets the required Body attribute, you can force-open the gate in the control room. This will save you time since it's a shortcut leading to the security room. Just take out the single enemy and also a strong netrunner.
  • Alternatively, you can go down the stairs on the right of the control room and make your way to the lower floor. This area is guarded by a couple of enemies. Luckily, there are a lot of objects that you can use to hide.
  • When you reach the security room, approach the terminal, place the shard in, and rendezvous with Saula and Mitch while you wait for Alt. Once everything is set, leave the area and proceed to the netrunner's nest to reach Mikoshi.
  • Upon reaching Mikoshi, make further preparations if needed since you will now have to fight against Adam Smasher when you open the shutter. Saul gets killed here but Panam will help you to fight against Adam.
  • The only thing standing between V and the Mikoshi is Adam, so simply defeat him so you can reach the objective. Take note that after defeating the boss, you have the optional objective of leaving him or finishing him off.
  • After dealing with the defeated Adam, pick up Saul's gun, talk to Panam, and head to the access point of Mikoshi to complete this job. While you are in cyberspace, you'll now have to decide V's fate.
  • Depending on your choice inside Mikoshie, you can either obtain the next epilogue job which is New Dawn Fades or All Along the Watchtower. To learn more, please check the Endings page.
