GORILLA ARMS are the best to use for non-malee character, becouse of skill-check, looks and they are powerfull when it comes to box fighting, even without investing any triat points they are great - heavy attacks to put your foe off balance, they fly around like garbage in night city.

Guys just so you know, the legendary monke hands won't work if you do the easy ending. You have to choose between one of the longer ones

          Mantis Blades:
"Acquired for free by looting a chest in City Center/Corpo Plaza, in the quest area for Cyberpsycho Sighting: Phantom of Night City."

          and

          Monowire:
"Acquired for free by searching Kabuki, behind a Garage door next to Gig: Shark in the water"

seem to no longer be true ... patched out with 1.21 or 1.22 not sure wich patch. others i didnt look for since im not strong enough for the wellsprings rooftop encounter.

After checking the messages on the monowire page this seems to only be a bug for monowire. So I guess avoid Monowire until lvl 50 for now on v1.06 and before.

Does anyone else find it odd or annoying that arm implants with damage specs have no upgrade path? Example I found legendary monowire fairly early game, before level 20 and now at level 28 an epic version has 100 damage more than my legendary. Also mods for them can't be uninstalled and can only be swapped by replacing one that's installed and you can't buy them. So if you wanted to use a melee arm implant as your primary weapon you would have to spend 15,000 every 5 levels or so to keep damage up and save mods for level 50, if the game wasn't so easy. Luckily I have no plans for a melee character playthrough.

The Legi Arms have three slots for mods, but has anyone found something for the third slot? I can't put anything in there.

Pulled a Legendary Mantis Blade from Wellsprings Assault point. Point is just to the right of the ripperdock on a roof with a bunch of Valentinos and corpses. Pulled it at level 40, not sure if it scales and not sure if random.

Do mantis blades benefit from blade perks and monowire benefit from melee perks? is that a YES ? a maybe tbc? is there an official thread about this confusing matter? anyone?

Around the CityCenter downtown there's a Quest to take down a high level boss in the box in the fight area there's a pair of Legendary Mantis Blades you can grab and run of of the area.

You can buy all legendary arms cyberware in ripperdoc placed in CityCenter-downtown. Just keep in mind you need to have at least 45lvl street cred.

                        • A free legendary Monowire can be found inside a garage (storage unit?) beside the Gig: Shark in the water. From the front of the building, head to your left, towards the lift. Around the corner, it should be behind the first garage door (you can interact with it).
