Just a heads up for anybody who actually wants to do these quests: If you complete the "For My Son" gig before the fight at Rancho Coronado and they discover the body of the target, you skip the fight with Rhino. I made the guy commit suicide from afar and left the building to loot some stuff nearby, then when the body was discovered the Beat on the Brat: Rancho Coronado quest auto-completed (no exp or street cred I think) and Rhino rushed out to fight me. I booked it outta there, but later Fred texted me about how he heard **** went down and hope I got out in one piece. I never did the fighting quests so not sure if this impacts anything later, but you could probably "complete" the rest of the quest-chain by killing the dudes you're supposed to fight if you just want the gigs off your quest log.

On my second playthrough I declined to fight the robot since I wasn't planning on investing in Body or Gorilla Arms and I still got a text from Fred and the 4 boxing quests.

Some good news - if you get tired of Rhino handing you your ass, just shoot someone in the room. It will turn everyone hostile, but will progress your quest (doesn't have to be during the "For my son" quest).
