Carnage is a Power Weapon in Cyberpunk 2077. The Carnage is a Power Shotgun manufactured by Budget Arms. Power Weapons are the equivalent of known classic guns. Can be used to deal massive amounts of damage to enemies. You must first aim to hit them. Power Weapon bullets can ricochet off surfaces. This weapon was newly added in the Edgerunners Update (Patch 1.6).
There are weapons that are subtle, weapons that are elegant and weapons capable of hitting their targets with surgical precision. Budget Arms' Carnage possesses none of those qualities. Its designers followed one simple rule: bigger is better. The result? The Carnage is massive, deals ridiculous amounts of damage and has a recoil that could pop your shoulder right out of its socket. Without the right , such as an endoskeleton or carbonweave muscle implants, you're better off choosing more conventional alternatives. It's worth remembering that the Carnage isn't a very reliable weapon – it likes to break, and what's more, it's not weighted properly. Then again, people who go for this kind of iron usually don't notice those little details.
