There seems to be an issue with this mod on the Overwatch sniper. The mod will completely disable vertical recoil on any other weapon I've used it on, but the Overwatch still exhibits significant recoil with it.

probably one of the best sleeper mods in the game. the consistency it can give you with high recoil, high damage weapons is ridiculous. Do be warned though, once you start using a weapon with this mod it'll make every other gun feel crappy by comparison. The only reason I dont have it on all three of my main weapons is because one of them is a baseball bat.

Especially useful for those tech pistols hold fire button alt fire with great vertical recoil
RIP this mod, only example I've found that actually negates the recoil is a Rare Lexington random drop I got that came with it attached. I attached one I purchased to the Legendary Lexington I got from Wilson's shooting competition, and not only does it have vertical recoil still, it also still has horizontal recoil; assuming the one I got from that drop was bugged to function the pre-nerf way...
