Gorilla Arms is an Arms Cyberware in Cyberpunk 2077. Gorilla Arms are classic and reliable replacements for natural limbs, suited for all kinds of hard labor. Gorilla Arms are cyberware implants designed to enhance melee combat, providing the player with immense physical strength. These arm modifications not only boost physical damage but also enable the players to overpower enemies. Cyberwares are implants that players can install, exchange, and upgrade into V's body to obtain passive buffs and various active effects. Cyberware acts as the game's means to obtain armor from Patch 2.0 and onwards. Each cyberware is categorized in different rarities from Common up to Legendary+ and will contribute to your maximum cyberware capacity score.

Some of the first widespread cyberware swapped manual laborer's arms for replacements powered by pistons and hydraulics so they could lift heavier loads. Strong Arms are the cutting-edge descendants of those primitive models. While the old tech used clumsy and slow cranial electrodes for control, Strong Arms, like most late generation cyberware, feature real-time 1:1 synaptic junctions that operate as fast as the user can think. Rather than mechanical actuators, their strength now comes from synthetic muscles made of electric-field activated shape-memory alloys that easily fit within the normal profile of your arm. Apply a layer of Realskinn on top, and no one needs to know you can rip open closed doors like they are made out of paper; though if you want, bright colors and trademark patterns can advertise what you're packing.

Gorilla Arms Notes & Trivia

• Earlier versions of Cyberpunk 2077 feature Arasaka forearm models, but alternative models, such as the Hausstok-W by Moore Technologies, are also available. In an N54 channel infomercial, the host demonstrates the model by punching through a concrete pillar. He then mentions that for an additional premium, thermal or stun modules can be added to the forearms, aligning them with the other variants offered in the game.
