Hot Merchandise is a Gig in Cyberpunk 2077. Hot Merchandise can be acquired from Rogue. Completing Gigs in Cyberpunk 2077 earns you experience points and may reward you with some items.
I'm guessing you don't follow the stock market, but recently Militech has been lagging behind everyone else. Just stroll around Corpo Plaza and you'll see their HQ abuzz like a hornet's nest. You can tell they're just itching for an excuse to send the armed cavalry into the city.
You've got reasonable people telling you not to get under corps' skins, and then you have Rebeca Price, who decides to open a ****ing store selling hacked (and previously stolen) Militech equipment. It's not that I don't value small businesses - on the contrary! It's just that not having the ****ing army on our streets is something I value more.
Rebeca Price needs to disappear. The "how" is your call. I won't go into the fine details. And I'm sure you know what to do if any Animals get in your way. They of all creatures should understand the importance of balance in our delicate little ecosystem.
Hot Merchandise Objectives
Balance, keeps Night City alive. Without it, we'd all be at each other's throats, corps, gangs, mercs, everyone. And where do fixers fit it? If one side starts to get too much power, a fixer can help tip the scales toward the other. Balance keeps biz from running dry. It's time for a little intervention.
- Enter the electronics store.
- Reach the back of the store.
- Find a way into the basement.
- Find Rebeca Price.
- Neutralize Rebeca Price.
- Carry Rebeca out of the store.
- Carry the body to the car.
Hot Merchandise Walkthrough
This mission takes place in Wellsprings in Heywood, Rogue will give you a call while you are roaming the area. For this gig, you can go guns blazing or stealth, it does not matter since there's no special reward for either method. For the guns-blazing approach, all you have to do is go through the front door and fight your way through until you get to the back. For the stealthier option, go to the back of the electronics store and open the door to the left with either, Quickhacks, technical ability, or force open. There will only be one enemy in this back room once you enter, so after taking him out, take the door to the right going down the stairs to the basement. There's only one path here, so just follow it until you reach the place where Rebeca Price is. Once you reach the room, Rebeca is accompanied by one enemy, so just wait a bit until the companion walks away and takes the companion out quietly. Rebeca is busy using a computer, so you can easily subdue her or kill her. If you went with a kill, this will automatically end the mission once you leave the area. But if you took her down non-lethally, then you'll have to carry her body outside and place the body inside a fixer's car. This will mark the end of the side gig given to you by Rogue.
