Implants are special upgrades in Cyberpunk 2077. They are obtained via special shops and as quest rewards. They can be installed at Ripperdocs.

Implants can be worn in many parts of the body. Here is a list of released implants:
Eye Implants
- Kiroshi Optics MK.1: An eye implant that provides the ability to zoom in and watch distante objects or people closer. It also has an integrated basic scanner that provides basic information and progress quest. Costs 300 E$ and Humanity 2
- Kiroshi Optics Mk.2: An eye implant that provides zoom ability and an upgrated scanner that identifies structural weak points of Machines and Vehicles Costs 800 E$ and Humanity 4
Hand Implants
- Subdermal Grip: Displays ammo count and firepower. Increases base damage of weapons. Enables use of locked weapons with -50% damage reduction. Increases melee damage. Costs 1200 E$ and Humanity 3
Neural Processor:
- Zetatech Neural Processor Mk.1: ????. Costs 500 E$
