After completing Heroes, you can find the weapon on the table where all offerings were displayed. You have to skip time or wait after 24 hours before you return to El Coyote Cojo and can actually find the gun on the offering table.

Anonymousit should be noted that this weapon contains no extra mod slot. a typical rare weapon will have one mod slot, as does this one. -at legendary, it still only carries 4, which is standard for any and all legendary weaponry. (not counting silencer/scope slots, as those vary from type to type - but the base weapon here is a NUE, which would have both anyway so we know base model has 6 mod slots at legendary and this model also has 6 slots at legendary.
this doesnt have high enough dps to be used after The Rescue. i never even did jackie's ofrienda
or even set foot in the el coyote cojo until level 46 and both guns had less than 75 dps. i thought about upgrading them to epic or legendary but i doubt they would be more than 200 dps.

Honestly after trying these their pretty trash. One has bonus Ricochet damage the other has a very slight bump to head shot damage. Extremely slow firing and very inaccurate even at higher levels just shooting across the street outside of the very bar you get it from. Dying Night is clearly a better choice.

You can still get your hands on the weapon after the mission has ended, also not sure why but I found 2 of them on the table.

I really don't understand why you're blocked from this item and more importantly from the mission with the funeral and checking the garage with Misty, etc. Like, why? Why choosing to send the body to Vic suddenly doesn't make you a friend of Jackie, his Mom and Misty anymore? In both iteration you were chooms until the very end. Sorry Mama Welles that I tried to send him to a doctor instead of dumping a body on your doorstep? This locking choice make ZERO sense to me. Why would that burn the bridge with them? You should get Jackie's funeral whatever your choice.
