Lynx Paws is a Legs Cyberware in Cyberpunk 2077. Lynx Paws is a leg modification that softens the sound dynamics of movement. Cyberwares are implants that players can install, exchange, and upgrade into V's body to obtain passive buffs and various active effects. Cyberware acts as the game's means to obtain armor from Patch 2.0 and onwards. Each cyberware is categorized in different rarities from Common up to Legendary+ and will contribute to the Cyberware limit score.

Useful but only as a convenience. But if you are talking convenience, why are you not using the double jump already? Now, if you could equip two parts on the legs, it could be a viable second. Still, the 50% noise reduction effect leaves a lot to be desired. Even if it was at 100% reduction, the double jump would have been straight up better as all you need to do to be 100% silent is to crouch and usually speed comes second to planning for stealth situations anyway and a single perk can increase the crouch movement speed by 20% anyway...
