Background Information about Mr. Hands

He contacts you out of the blue to offer work in the area of Pacifica. After completing Double Life, you have to call him to try to reach the Voodoo Boys. Known as the "Last Corpo of Pacifica",  if V has the corpo lifepath him and V can relate to being a former corpo and are now part of the Edgerunner biz. Also tells V to only contact him if its about Biz but more than happy to answer V's questions.
