In New Dawn Fades, you reach Mikoshi in cyberspace, where a crucial decision determines who will remain in V’s body. By choosing to cross the bridge, you allow Johnny Silverhand to take over, leaving V behind in cyberspace forever. This path is an alternative ending and will only be available if you took either Rogue’s or Panam’s path during Nocturne Op55N1.

• If You Took Rogue’s Path: When you reach Mikoshi, select the option where Johnny says he's not ready to die yet, then cross the bridge to finalize the choice.
• If You Took Panam’s Path: In Mikoshi, choose the option where V decides that the body should belong to Johnny, then proceed to cross the bridge.

After crossing the bridge, you’ll enter the New Dawn Fades epilogue, where you play as Johnny in V's body. This portion is story-focused, so simply follow the objectives as they unfold to reach the end of the game. This epilogue provides a closing sequence from Johnny’s perspective, offering a unique look at life in Night City from his point of view.
