Operating System Cyberware in Cyberpunk 2077 is a type of Cyberware. Cyberwares are implants that players can install, exchange, and upgrade into V's body to obtain passive buffs and various active effects that provide different combat tactics and many more. Each cyberware is categorized in different rarities from Common up to Legendary cyberware. Some Operative Systems allow the user to use Quickhacks that are unlocked according to the Tier of the OS. Quickhacks are cumulative, meaining, user will be able to perform quickhacks of all previous Tiers of the corresponding OS.

sandevistians speed up melee weapons and weapon reload time. they do not speed up ranged weapon attack speed, so if you're using a sandevistian with a gun it's better to use a gun with one bullet in the chamber (db2-testera, comerade's hammer etc) that reloads after every shot as you'll be able to shoot at the same speed no matter how much time gets slowed to

If you don't like getting bored, don't use the Biodyne berserk. It's a flat ranged damage buff, essentially it promotes ignoring cover entirely and just clicking at enemies, your feet could be cast in concrete and as long as you're half-decent in mouse movement you'll still wreck house before the berserk ends even on very hard difficulty. Going "unga mode" is definitely more entertaining if you at least have to get close and mind the fact the enemy is on an elevated platform or behind cover because you're in melee.
Both the Biodyne and the Moore Tech Berserks feature the Superhero Landing that is really good for the achievement related to that. I don't know the other berserks. Oh, yes, the Militech too so it seems like all the Berserks have this feature.

Whenever a sandevistan says it reduces time BY an amount it means TO an amount. So the warp dancer slows time TO 10%, not by.

the slow time effect prevents combos with a melee weapon, also the decapitation animation will end slow time. this can make getting the best damage hard. 3 ways of bypassing this, either use the optics mod that makes all attacks nonlethal (this disable decapitations), aim for the enemies back or leg from a distance (this allows strong attacks without triggering decapitation), or just use the block attack and get the boosting perk for that (hold block and attack, steps forward if holding forward or back if not)

Berserk OS seem to give Athletics XP when you do things like attacking or jumping for every action while the Berserk is active.. Spamming Attacks with a fast melee weapon while spamming jumps seem to give the most exp..

Militech berserk mk 5's duration is listed as it's cooldown on this page instead of 10 seconds

Does the Militech Falcon really exist? I know the item description for dime dilation is wrong, but the shop it's found in, as well as the actual page the link itself redirects to lists an 18 second duration with a 60 second cooldown. Is there an operating system that has the characteristics listed on this page (70% slowdown (30% if going by ingame descriptions) for 20 seconds with a 30 second cooldown?)

Sandevistan Cyberware won't let me do quick melee attacks with Katanas and Mantis Blade, also Blood Pump does not work if you have an Arms Cyberware
