Optical Camo is an Integumentary System Cyberware in Cyberpunk 2077. Cyberwares are implants that players can install, exchange, and upgrade into V's body to obtain passive buffs and various active effects that provide different combat tactics and many more. Each cyberware is categorized in different rarities from Common up to Legendary cyberware. Although no camouflage cyberware part is available to V, they are mentioned in-game by the Ripperdoc in the Aldecaldo Mobile Camp.

As of patch 1.2, each tier of the Optical Camo cyberware has its functionality enabled, but have NOT added to the Ripperdoc inventories or loot lists.

That would require the following mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/2495

And of course, having Cyber Engine Tweaks installed; thus for now, it is strictly PC-only.

I was just about to post the same thing about the badlands rip doc. I really hope they add it back with a patch. Maybe it will work if you have the correct skill level for it? Like maybe a high "cool" level.

Ripperdoc in the badlands literally mentions the "need" for it to survive there, got me hyped till I couldn't find it in his shop...
Here's hoping it comes in a free DLC...

This surprised me, this is like the first "stealth" game in like 10 years that didn't have an invisibility/cloaking ability.
