Background Information about Placide

Placide - one of the top brass in the Voodoo Boys, a secretive and elusive gang of netrunners in Pacifica. The Voodoo Boys normally don't want anything to do with people from the "city," but Mr. Hands managed to arrange a meeting for V with Placide. He'sn not much of a talker and despises helping outsiders, but if V can use him to get access to Maman Brigitte, the chéfine of the Voodoo Boys, they're be one step closer to solving their Relic problem.
