turns out if you didn't kill that guy during the mission and go back to the place later you can still get the gun, also, for some reason, the guy had 2, so that might be a bug

i already did the mission and get no new enemies so the guard isnt there what now??

Just a heads-up, to get this weapon’s iconic effect to activate, you have to upgrade it to legendary. With a couple of crunch mods, this thing will delete anything you put in its way. With cripple movement and legendary short circuit I literally killed Oda in three seconds using this thing, on hard.
