Psycho Killer is a Side Jobs in Cyberpunk 2077. Psycho Killer can be acquired from Regina Jones. Completing Side Jobs in Cyberpunk 2077, rewards you with experience points and may reward you with items. Side Jobs can also influence the main story outcome.
Psycho Killer Objectives
Looks like Regina wants to turn you into a one-woman army in the fight against cyberpsychosis. Understandable, seeing as most of our heroic badges seem to vanish from the scene at the mention of "cyberpsycho."

- The reward will probably be bigger, once fixed, if you don't kill them as Regina gets more pleased.
How to unlock Psycho Killer
- Regina Jones via call, at Watson at the start of the game.
- Each quest will trigger once you reach an area with one, by recieving a call from Regina.

- The rewards for this quest were finally added in patch 1.2 after being unavailable since the beginning of the game.

ow_psychos_killed directly controls Regina's summary of your performance, but for me, there is still no reward, regardless of how many I tell the game I saved.

1.12 version and still no reward. I have cleaned the whole map from the !'s and ?'s and still haven't finished the game yet, I will wait until they patch this one up, but it's really a pity that there is such a bug 2 months after the release date, that was documented here and on reddit pretty early... That's really depressing after putting 74h into this game that I cannot finish it. I mean I can, but I don't want to do it after I complete this side quest with a proper reward.

Go to the small table in the apartment you can place a statue there I believe if you have it completed

as of v1.04 there is no reward given out for this quest due to a bug and it prob wont be patched anytime soon.

Just finished the quest - felt like she was offering me a reward but I didn't get anything. Disappointing..
Killed all killable psychos only got 25k e$ and the pant and combat vest wonder how much you get if you dont kill them all
