i swear the firerate on the shingen is half of what ive seen on other playthroughs
Did something happen to the Arasaka Shigure or am I just going crazy? I can't seem to find this thing anywhere, not even in the spots it would normally be in (aka the heist, on a tight leash, etc.) Instead, it gets replaced with a pulsar or a shingen, depending on if the area is Arasaka or gang controlled. Did this gun flat-out get erased or is this a bug? Is there a way to fix this?
