The Clown's Driver
- To formally start this quest, you need to read a message sent by Ozob and then call him. For this job to become available, you need to complete the main job, Transmission first and wait for the message, so just explore and partake in other jobs until you get the message.
- Once you've read it, call Ozob and accept his offer. He basically hires you as a driver, so with your car, head over to the marked location in Japantown and park your car at the market entrance. From there, press the honk button to give him the signal and wait for him to arrive.
- When he gets in the car, talk to him and then drive him to Little China. When you arrive at the destination, he'll instruct you to wait for him and keep the engine running.
- Just watch him as he approaches a group of people, and shortly after, the next objective will trigger which is to defeat all the enemies. Step out of the car and help Ozob. After killing all the enemies, talk to Ozob and ask him about the payment - this completes the job.

He character Ozob is a straight reference to the famous clown Bozo as written backwards. Also "Bozo" is how is called the brazilian president Bolsonaro by his leftist compratiots, as he is such a stupid asshat clown, hence the nationality of the Ozob character.

How to Honk the Horn in Cyberpunk 2077
To honk the Horn of your vehicle in Cyberpunk 2077, you can press the left CTRL key on the PC or the L3 button on the controller.
This quest has to be unfinished. It's a short drive, you wait as Ozob walks twenty feet into a building, then you kill two mooks and it's over. Very unsatisfying.
