Racketeering's the name of the game in Kabuki. The bodges pretend like they don't see when hustlers like Bloke reel in the next victim.
The script's always the same. Act I - a promising money deal. Act II - an unpayable debt. The sucker this time was Roger Wang, store chain owner. Blake's already seized ownership of one of the stores but has bigger plans. Like I said, this kind of debt's unpayable, so Wang got wise and paid us instead. This human shitstain Croyle is about to disappear, so the time to act is now.
And one more thing - Bloke's got huscle from the Animals watching his bock.

Shark in the Water Gig Walkthrough Cyberpunk 2077
While driving around Kabuki in Watson, Regina Jones will give you a call regarding a gun-for-hire mission. Follow the quest marker until you reach the store seized by Blake. There will be two guards guarding the outside of the store so take them out how you wish. There are three ways to enter the store, you can enter the front gate which is the most guarded part of the store, enter the back door but will require a certain amount of Technical Ability, and lastly the ladder that is on the side of the building that can lead you to the upper walkway inside.
Once inside, take out the remaining enemies and find blake. Once you defeat Blake, just leave the area and this will mark the end of the side mission given to you by Regina Jones.
