Subdermal Armor was buffed in 1.5, to compensate for the changes to Armor.
The Armor values are now
50/100/150/300

I feel like at lvl50 its not worth taking cyberware slot for 200 armor, when you can get mich more from single armadillo clothing mod, and you can stack them, better save slot for something else, like invis, heat converter, or immunities to DOTs

I found the 90 armor one in a chest at around level 11. I wish I took note of where as I can't seem to find it on other character!
