As of patch 1.2 you only need 12 street cred to purchase item from Viktor.
The best Deck in early game, when everything 2 shots you and the maximum of damage you can deal is 2.
For a netrunner build, at least this thing onesht almost eevrything, assuming you have the right perks.
After The Heist, rush as fast as you can for the Tetratonic Ripler.
