Under the Bridge Walkthrough Gig Cyberpunk 2077
This Cyberpsycho gig is unlocked and given to you by Regina Jones when you complete The Rescue main mission, in order to trigger the gig, you must be driving or roaming around the Arroyo area in Santo Domingo. Head over to the marked location and walk over to the search area to the bridge wall where the Cyberpsycho will appear. There will be two automated turrets mounted that will instantly attack you, so try to take those down first before focusing on the Cyberpsycho.
Once you've dealt with the turrets, the Cyberpsycho will only wield a pistol, so this won't be a hard fight for you. Afterward, loot the shard at the shelter on the side of the area and send the information to Regina. Reply to her message, which will mark the end of the Cyberpsycho gig.
