On Deaf Ears Walkthrough Gig in Cyberpunk 2077
Located in a parking garage near the Downtown area of the City Center, you will find Cedric Muller. You'll receive this side quest from Regina Jones while driving around City Center. Once you enter the garage, the Cyberpsycho will be using a shotgun. We recommend using a long range weapon for this quest. If you want to subdue him non-lethally then just damage the Cyberpsycho until his health is really low, then proceed with melee weapons that are not lethal. Defeating Cedric Muller will allow you the chance to loot his Legendary Shotgun, Carnage, along with the Legendary Cyberware Mod, Beast Mod from a marked crate in the area.
