Restricted Data Terminals, in Cyberpunk 2077 are special consoles introduced in the Phantom Liberty DLC. These consoles have not been used since the fourth corporate war, and players can find them throughout Dogtown. Interact with them to download their operational data, this operation grants players one Relic Point, which can be spent in the Relic Perks tree unlocked by Songbird during Dog Eat Dog.
Restricted Data Terminals appear in the map as , as you get near their location.
- Note that these terminals, the Relic Perks tree and Relic Points are exclusive content for Phantom Liberty, not available in the main game.
- Relic Perks tree is unlocked by Songbird during Dog Eat Dog, and nets you 3 Relic Points automatically.
- During Birds with Broken Wings, Songbird will get in contact with you and update the Militech software, awarding you 3 more Relic Points automatically
