Can be found behind a closed door on the way to the second sniper during Play it Safe. The door is located on your right when you get out of the elevator, before the long ladder on floor 21. In the room you will find a locked door with a Technical Ability requirement of 11, you can also open it with the keypad on the right wall, the code is 2906.

      It's still there, I just got it.
      Except, the headshot multiplier is only 1.2, whereas others like the SKIPPY roll a 2.2, and another site showed 2.2x. But I've reloaded a save 6 times now and no change. :/

        While I deeply appreciate being able to know the code for the door in "Play It Safe", how do we actually KNOW that code? Was it given in clues through the mission? Was it in a passing NPC conversation? How did the code itself actually become known?

          I found the Genjiroh in the Arasaka Mansion in North Oak. It was on a table in a bureau on the main floor (Patch 1.06).
