Cyberwares are implants that players can install, exchange, and upgrade into V's body to obtain passive buffs and various active effects. Cyberware acts as the game's means to obtain armor from Patch 2.0 and onwards. Each cyberware is categorized in different rarities from Common up to Legendary+ and will contribute to your maximum cyberware capacity score.

there is a trophy you get with this, but my character cant have the necessary body level because im already lvl 50

prev comment is incorrect, it now as off 1.6 at least heals for full, also the only defense against one shots since biomonitor fails if one shot killed. its amazing, get it.
