Skill Shard: Crafting Location
- You can find one northwest of the west wind apartments waypoint, in Pacifica. You can find one on a corpse under the bridge during the Assault in Progress.
- You can find another one at City Center. In the Corpo Plaza district, west of the Metro: Republic Way waypoint and north of the Halsey & MLK waypoint during an Assault in Progress.

There is one on the south west oil refinery in the only area available in act one. It is sticking out as a dock on the map. Make sure you hack the turrets and climb to the top..

I thought this would allow to craft skill shards, not realizing its a skill shard, for crafting. lol thanks for the info though. Way under leveled but it was easy to hack optics and sneak through the one near city center
