Enemies in Cyberpunk 2077 are a varied group. From elite trained corporate security details to the rash and violent gangs of Night City. V faces numerous dangerous individuals in the quest of being a street legend.
You can also check Factions, to learn about the different organizations that try to take over Night City, their related Quests and most important members.
Bounties
Most of the Enemies you encounter during your journey have a bounty on their head and are wanted by the NCPD. By neutralizing them, you earn the payment listed in the data sheet, that can be seen when you scan them. This means that each bounty will grant you experience points, Street Cred and money.
You can obtain vital information from the data sheets when you scan Enemies such as:
- Affiliation: Shows the faction the target belongs to.
- Rarity: Indicates the difficulty level the target poses for you (Weak, Normal, Rare, Elite, Boss).
- Weaknesses & Resistances: Vital information to know how to engage the target. Meaningful things such as which kind of damage hurts the most and which is less effective.
Behavior
In Cyberpunk 2077, Enemies can behave differently in combat depending on what organizations they belong to. More reckless foes try to get up close and personal with you, while cautious ones prefer to stay behind cover and wait for their opportunity to attack.
