I havent been able to find a ripper doc who sells the common version anywhere in my most recent save. I thought their inventory was fixed.

How do I remove this stupid thing? I'm trying to finish the Beat on the Brat questline and the slo-mo has been a hindrance in every single fight. I really need to be able to dodge consistently and I can't follow up on my first dodge with another when time slows. I end up taking hits I shouldn't and I wasn't able to remove the cyberware at the ripper doc's.
The Max Payne Cyberware. Aside from the time-slowing effect, it also seem to let you zip a larger distance when active. I like to think V is doing the Max Payne dive instead of the usual side step in those occasions.
