Handle Wrap is a Hands Cyberware in Cyberpunk 2077. Handle Wrap when equipping or throwing a throwable weapon, you gain a +23% Critical Hit Chance with throwable weapons for 5 seconds. Cyberwares are implants that players can install, exchange, and upgrade into V's body to obtain passive buffs and various active effects. Cyberware acts as the game's means to obtain armor from Patch 2.0 and onwards. Each cyberware is categorized in different rarities from Common up to Legendary+ and will contribute to the Cyberware limit score.

      So for the 2.0 version I can press R2 after throwing a knife/axe and it brings up the next one In my lineup. Does this activate this implant? Is it as soon as I pull it out I have 6 seconds to throw it? I'm not 100% on what "equipping" means.
