Proxishield is an Integumentary System Cyberware in Cyberpunk 2077. Proxishield , the closer an attacking enemy is, the less damage they deal to you. You receive a damage reduction that decreases from -X% incoming damage at 3 meters and tapers off to 0% at 6 meters. Cyberwares are implants that players can install, exchange, and upgrade into V's body to obtain passive buffs and various active effects. Cyberware acts as the game's means to obtain armor from Patch 2.0 and onwards. Each cyberware is categorized in different rarities from Common up to Legendary+ and will contribute to the Cyberware limit score.

Proxishield can be found at:

Can be looted in Watson (Northside) from the body of Kaiser Herzog, a Maelstrom high-threat target in the Suspected Organized Crime Activity:No License, No Problem. This mission only spawns after the Gig: Hippocratic Oath has been completed and takes place in the same clinic.

Tier 5 version can be bought from Buck's Clinic at Watson  (Kabuki)
