Rare version that grants Crit Hit Chance +2% can be bought from Instant Implants at Kabuki
Rare version that grants +5% Armor can be bought from Finger's M.D. at Japantown, Westbrook
Rare version that increases max health by 15% can be bought from Ripperdoc at Japantown, Westbrook
Rare version that grants +20% Critical Damage can be bought from Ripperdoc at Heywood, Wellprings.

- Critical Damage by 20% version can be bought for €$13500 from the Ripperdoc Viktor at Watson, Little China. Station Bradbury & Buran
- Critical Chance by 2% version can be bought for €$13500 from the Ripperdoc at Santo Domingo, Arroyo. No Stations near by
- Health by 15% version can be bought for €$13500 from the Ripperdoc Nina Kraviz at Westbrook, Charter Hill. Station Luxury Apartments
- Armor by 5% version can be bought for €$13500 from the Ripperdoc in Wellsprings, Heywood. Near the Pumping Station fast travel point.

I found that you only see the health boost if the weapon is drawn and it goes away again when you put the weapon away. At least that's how it works on PS4 with patch 1.6.

In true Cyberpunk 2077 fashion, these don't actually work. No difference in health, no difference in crit chance after trying these two versions.

Before anyone wastes their time: the 10% crit chance is not at the ripper in arroro

PC version :
I didn't find the 15% health where it is indicated (japantown).
I then bought the 10% crit chance one. When I did, two appeared in my inventory : the 10% crit AND the 15% health. When I installed the 15% health on my blades, both disappeared from my inventory. On my cyberarm, it is now written "+10% crit chance" AND "+15% health". BUT my character has no more health than before.
This game is fucked up, there is no point to theorycraft on it. My advice is to just enjoy the story...

I found rare crafting specs at the shop in Heywoord. (Playing the game on XBox One.) This variant was for the +5% armor. But I could not find the crafting spec at Kraviz's Clinic. So it may be something that is dependent on other factors. (My character is level 28 and max street cred.)
