All Things Cyber is a Technical Ability Perk in Cyberpunk 2077. All Things Cyber has two levels. At level 1, it increases all cyberware stat modifiers by 10%, and at level 2, all cyberware capacity cost in the integumentary system and skeleton is reduced by 20%. Perks in Cyberpunk 2077 grant different bonuses and improvements to V. Technical Ability Perks are related to the Technical Ability primary stat.

Perks are divided into 4 different Tiers in Cyberpunk 2077 Perk Trees. To unlock them, players have to spend a certain amount of points in their respective Stat.
- Rookie - Requires 4 Points spent in Technical Ability
- Pro - Requires 9 Points spent in Technical Ability
- Phenom - Requires 15 Points spent in Technical Ability
- Legend - Requires 20 Points spent in Technical Ability
