AnonymousIt's worth pointing out that this will increase vulnerability to damage types if the enemy has no resistance to begin with, so it's a straight up 30% damage increase for contagion, overheat, short circuit etc

Though you can take it without taking Mass Vulnerability first, it won’t work without that.

I can't figure out if this lowers resistances below minimum (increasing damage) or only lowering them to 0 (which does almost nothing)
