AnonymousHas anyone had a chance to test out the math behind the regen? Is it based on your out-of-combat regen or is it a separate mechanic?

Gonna comment here because I saw a lot of people saying this doesn't work. This works and is very easy to notice, but you need to remember that you can only normally regenerate HP outside of combat while below 60% of your max hp.
This perk only works if you are in combat and with a hp below 60%. Epimorphosis doesn't work together with this perk to allow you to regen more hp in combat, it's capped to 60%.
Do you need this regen perk to make Wolverine or Dog of War worked? Because they improve regen during fights?
