Innovation Notes & Tips
- Specifically, this perk increases the duration of all consumables (food/drink, Bounce Back, Long Lasting boosters, and even Alcoholic beverages) by the listed percentages.
The game's description should be changed to "Consumables last 25%/50% longer." At lvl 2, buffs last 45 minutes instead of 30 and bounce back regens last 45 seconds instead of 30. Not good for faster healing, but will save on items and it's a quality of life bonus to not have to use items as frequently.
I give this perk a D. Wouldn't recommend unless you're low on money, forgetful, or like the minor QoL.

"effective" isn't really clear to me(sorry i'm non-english), does it increase it's "effectivness" like instead of giving a 10% boost to health for exemple it will give 12.5% more health? or does it increase the duration/time of the effect, like instead of 30mn for exemple it will last 37mn30?
Would be great if someone could tell me, thanks guys.

Tested today at 1.1.
Partially works with Bounce Back => 50% duration increase AND 50% regen increase.
DOESN'T work with initial heal of Bounce Back, and DOESN'T work with MaxDocs!
