      it doesnt need much to make this thing effective. Int tree you just need Acquisition Specialist(just needed to open the relevant perk) and then get Precision Subroutines(without that some bullets will hit everything but your target) then in the cool tree get Killer Instinct and Gag Order. use the Tetratronic Rippler MK 5 for max ram. As long as your not in combat this things will shredd enemys with one burst skull enemys with two bursts and your still in stealth as bonus cast sonic shok witch will increase your dmg by 15% + you will also not get noticed cause the target is isolated. everything else is bonus dmg the dmg of this gun surpassed every pistol silencer combo i tried(as long as your not in combat)

        Loving it for stealth hacker. Single projectile instead of 4 shot like the default warden, but suppressor makes up for it. Full auto hipfire, but aimed gives a short burst ideal for taking out a single target. Might be worth dropping the 'Targetting Prism' perk though, it can split the aimed burst between targets which likely won't finish them off.

        Yes you could just pop overclock and melt all their brains before they know what's going on, but sometimes it's fun playing as a mere mortal.
