They want you to recover a pack of stolen meds. Thanks to the GPS tracer hidden inside, we know exactly where to look.

Backs Against the Wall Gig Walkthrough Cyberpunk 2077

This is one of the Side Quests given by Regina Jones in Cyberpunk 2077. While driving around Watson, Kabui. You'll receive a call from Regina Jones regarding a gig where you need to retrieve some stolen medicines from a War veteran. You can fast-travel to Pinewood St South, and once you're there, look for an abandoned apartment complex with the word "Broken" written on top. Once you enter the apartment, head over to the floor towards the objective marker and you can either open the door which requires Technical points to open, or you can jump onto the balconies and go through the window.

Upon entering the area, make your way through the rubble until you reach the objective marker leading to a door. You'll be met by a War Veteran who has a gun pointed at you. If you want to retrieve the medicines aggressively, you can choose the dialogues that mean to intimidate and straight up just fight the veteran, or you can retrieve the medicines peacefully by choosing these dialogues:

• Fixer Sent me.
• If it doesn't work, give it to me.
• His death would change nothing.
• Other politicians will make use of his death.

After a while, the War Veteran will stand down and sit, while you are free to retrieve the medicines. Head over to the drop point next and deposit the quest item. This will mark the end of the Side Quest, Backs against the Wall.
