Jacob wants his implant back. Sending you the coordinates of the casino where he lost it. AFAIK, the eye's still there. How you get it is your biz, not mine.

- Deposit the implant in the Drop Point.
Playing for Keeps Gig Walkthrough Cyberpunk 2077
While driving around at the South-West corner of Little China in Watson, you will receive a phone call from Regina Jones, regarding a Search and Recovery gig. Head over to the Quest marker and enter the bar, there will be a couple of enemies in the area, and a fight will also break out. It's up to you if you want to proceed with stealth or go in guns blazing. There will be a locked computer room where you'll find the location of the eye implant that you're looking for.
There are two ways to access the key card to the room. The first option involves convincing or fighting the bartender inside the bar, possibly triggering a fight with the other nearby gang members. The second option would be to find a keycard on the left side of the bar on the shelves. Once you have access to the computer room, browse through the messages and emails and this will give you the location of the implant which is located in an underground poker room beneath the bar.
Just follow the quest marker to get to the implant. Once you retrieve it, leave the area and deposit it at the nearest drop point, This will mark the end of the gig that Regina Jones has given you.

- There is a back entrance to the bar that leads directly to the room containing the key.
- This door and the following room are both guarded by one Tyger Claw each.
- If you access and view the documents on the computer in the backroom, it unlocks a quest option that makes it possible to blackmail the bartender into giving you the implant.
This one bugs out for me. After acquiring the implant, It shows in my inventory as an important item. But it is NOT possible to drop it in the delivery box - it's simply not in my inventory at that time, any more than say, Delamain's Scanner is.
