Waiting for Dodger is a Gig in Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty DLC. Waiting for Dodger can be acquired from Mr. Hands. Completing Gigs in Cyberpunk 2077 earns you experience points and may reward you with some items.
The NCPD is here to chase criminals and protect the populace. In theory. But in practice, they may not always be up to the task of protecting themselves. Take for example Bill and Charles, two men in blue who are stuck in an abandoned precinct surrounded by Hansen’s men. That, it turns out, is the least of their problems.
It’s your lucky day — time to give Night City’s finest a helping hand.

Waiting for Dodger Walkthrough
Two NCPD members struck a deal with Dodger, one of Hansen's men, but the deal didn't go smoothly. Reach the objective area and meet with Stella. Enter the car.
She will ask you to enter Dodger's base and rescue both her fiancée and his partner. She insists on not killing any of Dodger's men, arguing that it will make things from bad to worse. You also receive an access card from Stella.
Head to the building on the otherside, and enter. Note that it is a hostile area, you will have to remain unseen to fulfil Stella's wish of not killing any goon. Use quickhacks to distract enemies as much as possible.
Find the elevator on the big room, and take it to the basement. There is a lone enemy working at the door, and you can talk to Charles.
Help to open the door, and find Charles soaked in blood. Enter to find a deceased man on a table. After their explanation of the events, you will also learn that you need to escape with them on their squad car.
Follow them until they open the coded door, and deal with the camera and the goon.
Continue forward to find a second locked room. To be able to open the door, head to the previous room and override the small box. Return to them.
Deal with the enemies however you like. You can find Volkodav, an iconic machete, in one of the crates in the room.
There are two more soldiers in the next room. You can easily knock them out without being detected.
Reach the garage, and Dodger will make an appearance. After a conversation, he and his goons will turn hostile. Deal with them. Dodger drops Rosco, an iconic power revolver.
Talk to Bill and Charles to complete the gig.
