Talent Academy is a Gig in Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty DLC. Talent Academy can be acquired from Mr. Hands. Completing Gigs in Cyberpunk 2077 earns you experience points and may reward you with some items.

As a general rule, corporations are banned from Dogtown, but they have their ways of getting in — such as the almighty Eurodollar. As a matter of fact, Dogtown is the perfect place for them, a land far away from the NCPD and the prying eyes of journos. Here, they can break the law as they see fit — well, unless they happen to get in someone’s way. That’s where you come in.

Your mission is to break into Biotechnica’s top-secret facility and stealsome client data. What kind of clients, and what kind of data… well, you better find that out for yourself.

Head to the elevator nearby, it will recognize you and allow you to enter. Select the exhibition hall floor.

Once there, you can talk to the receptionist, who explains that everything in there is under NDA. Head into the bar, and you will notice that these are not young athletes, but kids way too young for chrome and cyberware. Head to the barstool and sit.

The bartender will ask for which team you are working. If you indicate the San Diego Shredders, the guy next to you will approach you, citing that he had worked with them in the past. This questioning will lead to you being scanned again by a guard.

He will take you to a previously inaccessible area. There is an office in which you can't get it through the door. In the back, there is a window, open it to enter. Interact with the computer to open the door to sports medicine, just across this office.

Head there and take the stairs down, beware of guards and cameras. There is more resistance downstairs.

Reach the back office. There you will find a kid called Tommie checking some drawers, although he claims he isn't doing any of that. You can talk to him or ignore him completely.

Interact with the computer to download the data, but it won't manage to download completely, and Fiona will enter the room. She will attempt to make a counteroffer. You can stick to your original plan or listen to her.

After your decision, leave the center. Enemies will approach you if you didn't agree to her deal.
